They gave me a burnt bacon egg and cheese toaster. Like, not edible burnt. The paper stuck to the bread so burnt. Literally get breakfast here 2-3 times a week, the same thing almost every time. Ridiculous
Again this sonic on gee street has not provided good customer service. This time they didn’t even answer the ordering kiosk. The two cars next to us were in the same boat as we watched sonic employees walk around and talk to each other.
They refused to give me a marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks without charging because I also ordered ranch for my popcorn chicken.
We were so hot and thirsty so we stopped in yesterday for the happy hour drink special. We ordered a slush and a sweet tea. The tea had a few tiny pieces of ice floating at the top. It was hot. Okay, it's fresh! That's great. But, we wanted iced tea. So, I press the button and asked for a cup of ice. I was told the ice machine isn't performing correctly and that's all the ice they had to give. The manager came to the car...still refusing to give or sell us ice for the tea. Instead, she returned our money. ? That did not help. We still had hot tea. Do better Sonic. It's hot outside.
It was storming n I got stuck here n the manager said she couldn't spare a trash bag/ this was after I ordered food even /She should b fired
It took five minutes for someone to take our order and then another ten minutes to get two small slushies I understand if they we're busy but there was only five cars there.
Can not get NY order right new girl cook very upset I said no onions on my number 3 and they kept saying it don't come with onions but they kept putting onions on my burger and then when they finally got it right they only gave me one piece of meat very dissatisfied with serves

Allergic to pork so I order the 6in hotdog and I get a ripped in half pork foot long?? Then my tots were cold yet some how looked like they had been dropped 3 times they were so dark. Cheese sticks under cooked. Only thing good was the milkshake. I guess since the cooks didn't touch it. Waste if time and money everytime I visit this location. Go to Cookie on Nettleton! She runs it right!
