Not even that busy and 5 minutes after we pulled up, so no one answered the call button. Several screens weren't working either. Put a cone or something in the way so people know not to pull in. Both of these issues happen frequently at this location. Terrible management
I love across town and stopped on my way home and whenever I opened the order two of my burgers were wrong so I called and the guy that talked to me was rude and refused to fix my order unless I brought the burgers back. Said his hire ups said the wrong items have to be brought back. I live 20 minutes away from this Sonic. He then hung up on me

Sonic has so many items to choose from, everyone can enjoy it. My favorite thing is the diet cherry lime aid…yum! Sometimes I also get cravings for chili cheese fries…more yum!
They are extremely slow. When there is more than 5 cars they stop taking orders. Good be cold an nasty
It's 30 mins until closing and of course everything is broke... Happens very often.. use to work at Sonic and know the B's.. do better
I ordered a burger from Johnson ave in Jonesboro and the bun on the freaking burger was stale I took one bite it’s stale really disappointing first they don’t answer their freaking intercoms then next when they actually do answer I end up with a stale burger that’s sad

Worst service ever they won’t even answer their intercoms we waited 30 minutes yesterday then today same thing happened the red button turned off rediculous I had to have my boyfriend drive me all the way across Jonesboro just to get a freaking lemonade will not stop here again if all y’all r going todo is not do ur job
