A pricey place to eat. Food is good friendly staff. The salmon was delicious.
We had a great experience at Red Lobster in Jonesboro. The food was great. Healthy servings. Clean restaurant. Pleasant and friendly employees. The host and waiter both were very polite and attentive. I have nothing but positive remarks about our visit. And those cheddar biscuits... we all know how good they are. Wow.
Ken was an amazing server! Everything he did was exceptional! The seating we wanted was not open(by a window) but he gladly worked out of his section, explaining he was there to give us a great anniversary experience, offered a complimentary dessert, came back with an anniversary card signed by all the staff, followed up consistently but not overpowering and he met our energy! It's the sincerity Ken evoked that made our evening special! I will ask for him EVERY TIME I go to Red Lobster Jonesboro!
Ken........ Ken is the absolute best server I have ever had the privilege to meet. Of all of the restaurants and places I've been in my lifetime Ken is hands down the best in the world. He made my wife and I feel like we were his only patrons. He made our anniversary dinner extra very special
Our food was served hot and tasted delicious. Our server was extremely sweet.
We had dinner for two, and our service was great and so very kind!! However, there were a few problems with the food such as missing side orders that were never received, and undercooked bay biscuits. We left a review with Red Lobster corporate and they happily offered a gift card to make up for the experience. Our next order was To Go and everything was delicious! Will continue to come back!
I've been to a few Red Lobster restaurants, in a variety of states and cities. This one is by far the worst I've have the displeasure to dine at. For starters, the Peach smoothie was anything but smooth. Still had ice cubes in it, making it a Peach chunkier. Then, the appetizer, stuffed mushrooms, comes, and the server delivers it with spoons, and has his bare thumbs and fingers all over them making it unsanitary to use. The flatware was filthy, and I had to clean it myself before using it for the rest of my dinner. Then, when the Lobster dinners were served, they were way overcooked, making it difficult to separate the meat from the tail portion of shell. The only saving grace was that, due to my wife and my 30th wedding anniversary, we received a complimentary dessert and Anniversary card. Needless to, even though we are only here for work on my accord, we will never be back. We spent less than what we were spending at Red Lobster at an Italian restaurant 20 minutes away and were blown away by not only the portions and choices, but the customer service was outstanding. Maybe the management should take lessons on how to not only properly train their personnel, but also hire better quality personnel.
Took my mom there for lunch today and the service was NOT good AT ALL!! First, it took 5 minutes to even get greeted, then after our server, Jen took our order, it took another 5 minutes to get our salad, soup and water. She had an attitude the entire time, and she made a comment about another customer in the middle of the dining room. To top it all off, while I was speaking to the manager, she tried to listen to the conversation, and then proceeded to give me a dirty look. If I DO come back there again, I do NOT want Jen as my server!!
Great time for my brother's birthday the server was very sweet and even had a card made and a free desert!
Grab a late lunch here and it was very good. It started with a warm greeting at the hosting desk. Tiffany V, my Server, was delightful, attentive and quickly responded to my request. The food was also very good: creamy and rich Clam Chowder, a tasty Lobster-Topped Stuff Flounder, and a delicious glass of Peach Iced Tea. As a frequent traveler, I have done lunch at Red Lobsters all over America. KUDOS to the Team at this location: Managers, Kitchen Team, and Serving Staff. You are definitely in my TOP TEN Red Lobster lunch experiences!!!
