Shay and Melvin a breath of fresh air as I walked into Qdoba today. They were pleasant all smiles and genuine customer service I am very pleased!

I ordered a pulled pork bowl and a side of queso. This was $11 and I don’t think this is worth $11!! They say they have new management, so I was excited to have a good experience and it’s still not as good as I have had in the past. I don’t think I will be going back.
Love QDOBA. Their 3 cheese nachos with their brisket on top is amazing. Great service. Very nice employees.
My food was cold, still somehow warm even after I watched them make it. I ordered my food to be picked up at a certain time, it was not ready when I got there. One of the items I requested and paid for was not available, wasn't notified until I got there.
There should be 0 stars. Not sure what the manager was thinking today being rude to customers, but he did it after an order was disgustingly served to me and my friend. There was a roach in one of our meals. Called the store and the supposed manager on duty replied rudely cussing, and just being very nasty about it. I’ll never support this business again because of this situation today. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Stopped in Qdoba for lunch. The restaurant was dirty. The prep tables were dirty with open food laying around. The trash can area was dirty. The drink machine was out of coke, Dr Pepper and other drinks. No tea. We were not given a tray to carry our food. The meat in the food trays was dry and appeared to be sitting out for a long time. The food was expensive $35 for 2 burritos and tasted subpar. . The list of problems with the Jonesboro location is long. Very disappointed since there is a sign out front that says “Under New Management”. I will not return.

Placed order online and went to pick up. Upon my arrival the store was closed. Needless to say I filed a complaint with corporate and after several days have not heard back. Can't call the store unable to leave a message. Bank account has been charged for the meal. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's office and filed complaints. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never return!
