Always fast service with hot food and accurate orders. Never had a bad experience. 10/10
I made an uber order from this restaurant tonight for the first time and it was PERFECT! Everything was hot and correct.I was expecting it to be a little cold since it was getting delivered...Not at all!!!! It was the greatest tasting fast food that I've had in a long time!! Chicken was cooked perfect still hot and crunchy as if it just came out the fryer!!!! Definitely gets A+ 10\10
Wife went to this location and had a very simple order consisting of the following.chicken sandwich, fries, Diet Coke5 pc spicy tender, red beans and rice, biscuit, cokeShe has to ask which is diet to which employee replies oh she didn’t mark them. Then she has to go back around to get straws. Gets back to the hospital and same genius employees can only get two items into the 3 item box, no beans and rice make it in there. Wife calls manager, Trey, and boy is he helpful, no wonder said employees don’t care as he offered up a free large red beans and rice. Hey Trey how about hanging on to that 3or 4 dollars since we will never spend another Penney there. Maybe you could pay the employees more since they care so much.
Piping hot fresh food! Staff was lovely even though it seemed they were in the middle of training a few new folks. They forgot part of our order but absolutely made it right once we pointed out the mistake. People make mistakes, it's how we fix them that matters. They were awesome!
I will start by saying I like Popeyes chicken and would prefer to eat it over other chicken restaurants. The problem I have with this specific location is service. The staff isn't very helpful and sometimes they are downright rude. My daughter prefers 2 chicken legs with her 2 piece meal and every time we order it here they tell us it will be an 8-10 minute wait for 2 legs in a meal. I have not experienced this at another Popeyes location let along another chicken restaurant. Yes, I have had to wait for chicken to cook or something similar but seemingly being punished for a simple customization seems over the top.
They didn't have frozen lemonade as advertised, nor the wild Berry biegnets. They did not fill our orders correctly and the food was served cold! They also would not accept a POPEYES gift card!!!
Always get the chicken sandwich, it's great. My boyfriend always gets red beans and rice, he's from Louisiana so he loves to eat there.
People were lined up at the counter about nine deep with no one working the counter. Employees would just walk by and stare. About half of the customers got tired of waiting and left. When I got my order the chicken was way over done. Kindly sad this use to be a real good place with good service
This has to be the worst chicken I have ever had. Went through the drive thru, the lady talking my order kept saying she could not hear me, I could hear 4-5 people laughing and talking loud, when I to the window there were 6 people standing in the window area, no mask and having a party. When she gave me my order she dropped the Red beans and rice, she handed me another one which she also drop
Ordered a number 13 and spicy chicken sandwich combo. Tenders were incredibly tiny and both tenders and shrimp were drenched and soggy from grease. Sandwich was good. The sweet tea tasted watered down. They must be trying to stretch it out instead of brewing more fresh. Prices for products weren't listed. Did not have multiple items advertised.
