I had ordered a large specialty pizza at 530, the girl said it would be delivered in about 30 min. Waited waited and waited so called back about 7, and the guy tells me my order wasnt even in the system. Whattttt??? So anyway he just apologized and didn't even offer to make it right! That being said you have lost a valued customer of yearsssss
My Pizza Inn experience tonight wasn't the best, but Judith (our server) made it worth it. The Buffett was old, miniscule, and not that great. It seemed Judith was doing most of the work while everyone else stood around. We weren't able to get refills until we left because she was busy doing all the work. I'll admit, I wasn't very happy with the restaurant, but Judith went above and beyond for us at checkout. She discounted our bill, which I wasn't even expecting or going to ask for, and we left happy and feeling bad for her! Overall, we'll be back to give it another try thanks to her.
The food was great! Our waitress JASMINE worked every table in her section but ours. The only time she came to our table was to give us our ticket. She needs to work all tables not just the ones she wants.
Bless the lady working she was the only waitress for the whole building. She did a great job!!
The food is always cold and they never have any pizza ready... When you ask for pizza they act like you can't wait for it to be put on the bar.. I'm just not a fan of this place
I order the family feast around 6pm on a Sunday. It took 2 hours to get it. When it arrived,it wasn't hot!! The marinara cups were half empty. And only half of the chocolate chip pizza was cooked all the way. I normally order from dominos, but wanted something different. First time in years I order from pizza inn. Big mistake.
This is one of the few places left that fix pizzas you request. The pizzas are delicious, the BLT is my favorite. My server Name was Gracie! She's the most sweetest server you could ask for. If you ever at the pizza inn in the evening time ask for Gracie you will not be disappointed with the service or food.
Any time I go here they always make sure to have fresh pizza out on the buffet and the staff is always really nice. They're pizza always tastes good as well and the chocolate chip especially.
Love pizza inn pizza, but always get over charged from the amount that I suppose to pay and it’s never no credit given or refund offered which makes me mad messing up order
The pizza buffet at Pizza Inn has been a mainstay in my family since the early 1980's. Always friendly service, good pizza.
