So I ordered a pepperoni pizza the new one with cheese stuffed crust and it was a cheese pizza one and two ordered jalapeno peppers and never even got them!! Paid all that for all my stuff to be wrong smh.
They got everything right and it was hot because they gave an accurate time
Meh its ok not the best or the worse the pizza i had the crust was cracked like it may have set out a while but other than that is was ready to pick up on time
I have never once received my order correctly. There has always been something wrong. I don't want a free pizza or anything.. but I mean.. I just redeemed a pizza for an order that was messed up.. and the redeemed pizza wasn't made correctly... also one of the garlic sauces were open.
Pizza from here used to be top notch but from forgotten toppings forgotten sides and long wait times it doesn’t make the cut, it hurts me physically to write this because Papa’s pizza used to bring me to tears of joy when it arrived and now an unsatisfied meh. Had a very good repor with the order taker Tee! He was GREAT AND KIND, he got everything correct and didn't rush me while trying to order. He had A GREAT PERSONALITY ?. HE DESERVES A GREAT BIG RAISE. HES TAKEN MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES. WE EAT PAPA JOHNS ALMOST EVERY WEEKEND AND ARE GREAT TIPPERS. PLEASE TELL TEE AS A CONISORE IM PROUD OF PAPA JOHNS FOR HIRING A GREAT YOUNG MAN! ??????
My wife has been admitted into St. Bernards for about a Little over a month.The first time I ordered delivery and didn't receive a call when delivered so when I got to the doors my cold pizza sat at the desk without my drinks. So it sat an additional 30 min getting cold.2nd time this evening:I got the call but the pizza was not even cut.SMH ..... guys you can do better than this, way better.
I got my pizza delivered and the box was sealed, but this is what I found when I opened it up.
The food is wonderful fast and convenient when I don't feel like cooking
My food was extremely cold! As if the pizza was just sitting in the box for awhile before delivery. However, I will say the delivery driver was very nice
