This was my first and last time eating at Panera. It's just not for me. The menu is very limited, even with drinks. They didn't even have sweet tea. I tried some sort of lemonade but it was terrible and I couldn't drink it.I ended up getting a salad with either chicken or turkey but they didn't use or give enough dressing and the meat was cold and tasteless.My husband got a grilled chicken sandwich and he said it was OK. They really don't offer any sides that go with anything else.I guess Panera is great for people who just want a sandwich but if you are really hungry, go somewhere else. If you are looking for comfort food, you won't find it here.For the salad and sandwich I thought it was too expensive.
Going downhill fast. Nothing was clean. Food was not the quality it usually is. A half dressed baby was on the counter being fed when we came in. Not worth coming back.
I ordered through Panera for Delievery which goes through door dash. Never had an issue before but today my order never came and when I tired contacting Door Dash they said they had cancelled my order but didn’t specify why. When I got to the Panera store the manager on Duty (Josh) was absolutely amazing he fixed the issue and got me my food! I just wanted to say thank you I wasn’t feeling the greatest and just wanted some soup! Thank you for your help and understanding!!
Delicious food, super fast service and friendly staff not like at the many places we went to at Jonesboro. Felt like you traveled to a different town.
The flatbread pizza is AMAZING! Also the grilled cheese and tomato soup was out of my comfort zone but it tasted so GOOD! The workers are so nice and give you your food fast! Their program with the free drinks is nice, and when I’m in a rush but thirsty I go here! I recommend this place to everyone!
Cashier said the meal came with a free cookie. I didn't want a cookie but took it cause it was free. Then I noticed later on the receipt that she charged me for it anyway. Small ice tea was $2.79 and tasted like dirty strawberry flavor. Obviously the container was not clean. Salad only had half the ingredients listed on the menu. They don't offer Ranch dressing. Too many things wrong for a single visit.
I absolutely love Panera's broccoli cheddar soup paired with the fresh crusty bread. It was perfect on a day I was at an outside event.
This is one of the better fast casual chains, in my opinion. They have nice selections for all meals or snacks. If you have sensitivities or allergies they take great care in not cross contaminating your food. The pastries, sandwiches, and soups are all good. They even have some pre-boxed pastries available for purchase in the store. They offer a drive-thru, curbside, and in-store pickup. Overall, not a bad spot for a quick bite to eat.
Great service and the chipotle avacado chicken sandwich was delicious
I was paying cash so I had to go to an ACTUAL PERSON and not a computer. Would have thought I was asking for a kidney. Took forever and they acted annoyed I didn’t go to the computer. ? The only reason I give it 2 stars is cuz the place was really clean and I like the drinks, but the food was basically what you would expect for Panera.
