It takes a lot for me to be impressed, because I managed a restaurant for 7 years. This location always treats customers with respect, food is well prepared, store is clean, and it is prepared in a timely manner. Every other McDonald’s I have visited the last 5 years has been rude, food is sloppy, and it takes forever to get the food. Some locations look like they haven’t cleaned in years. At this store they always take time to greet guests and they even make sure to tell everyone to have a great day. I especially love the night crew! They go above and beyond! I don’t give 5 stars to anyone. They deserve so much more than a rating on google!
Doesn't even deserve a one star rating no employee to cover front counter so have a full lobby of people waiting to order, not only that I was in curbside waiting 25 mins for my online order I had placed for myself and ended up going inside to see what's going on just to find out they had bumped my order off the screen didn't even bother to make it and took my money off the app anyways because they did this so if I'd have not gone inside I'd have never gotten my order, overall most horrid experience I've ever had and I won't be back
This McDonald’s has never failed, since December it’s been my favorite always fresh always fast and friendly. Don’t go to any other McDonald’s it’s a waste of money because this is the best one anywhere.

Service is completely awful. Can’t even get anyone to answer the window half the time and somehow they are way too busy to take an order when they don’t even have any customers.. good luck getting a decent meal for your family here. No one working there cares enough to even be bothered, even if they mess up, it’s gonna cost you more in gas to get it replaced. Absolutely last place I go in town bc literally anywhere else has better service
I mean don’t try to call them because they won’t answer. I was in line for 25 + minutes waiting on a door dash order to deliver to a customer. Tried to call several times and after several rings I get this loud piercing note. Canceled my customers order. So yeah beware door dasher drivers this location is not your friend. I’ve let door dash become aware of this location.
I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of McDonald's but that doesn't mean other people dislike the food. We often stop here for the kids or other people who want to eat here. This McDonald's may be the slowest one in the Jonesboro area. In addition to that, I've had more order mix-ups here than at other locations in town. The only reason I visit this one is convenience of location because somebody else wants food otherwise I try to avoid it.
This is a rare experience at Mc'ds but we got breakfast in drive thru and the biscuits were hard as rocks and was just barely warm . I may be going back but if it happens again, we won't be back!! Yall got to step up your game. I wish I had taken pictures, but it wouldn't have done the problem justice!!
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I know it was late at night but I was tired and hungry. The food should have been fresh and the service should have been better no matter what time it is! We waited in line for, at least 10 minutes, maybe more! The chicken was hard like shoe leather and the fries were rubbery! I was so very disappointed. Thank you and God bless
I mean.. the food was McDonalds as expected. Fresh and tasty.. but the folks running the window left something to be desired that day.. The bag may as well have been put down a chute in the drive thru. It would have been about as personable as the folks in the window. I realize this is no five star restaurant but say something to acknowledge there's another human near by.
