Every single time I go here (McDonald's on Johnson Ave ine Jonesboro) , most especially at night between 7-11, they have people working there that are not very nice, definitely shows that they have poor customer service. Also, they always seem to forget items in my order, straw, sauce, etc.!
This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to in my life..the staff are mad and rude,and act as if they were forced to come into work,the food is never fresh,things are always missing from your order,i mean they really don't care and it shows..this location needs to be shut down foreal,they won't ever have to worry about me spending my money here again! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to a dog!
Still quick service. Seldom if ever make mistakes. Prices did go up, but the days of getting an item like a burger or sausage biscuit for $1.00 is gone thanks to inflation.
Good for a quick bite to eat. I'm not a fan of McDonald's but sometimes it is an option for convenience. This location seems to be the quickest in town and was completely remodeled a few years ago. It is convenient for people on Arkansas State's campus and the addition of mobile ordering is a plus.
My go to mickey d's , its always a good busy location, so food is pretty much always fresh, the app and the deals and mobile ordering make it even smoother, right in - right out !
Great fast service hot v food about 7 truck parking spots have it 5 stars because they one of the last in the country that has steak bagels left
Love the Carmel frappe. Just love it. And the chicken mcgriddle was way better than the chicken biscuit.
I ordered on the app and used the curbside pickup. It was very busy and they were very quick to bring my order out. Everything was hot and fresh too.
Still fast service but you may not get the best service. People serving seem to be having a bad day. The Food may be old if you don't ask for it fresh. But sometimes you can ask and you still get a burger that is cold and the bun hard.
Considered the best Mcdonalds in Jonesboro! By comparison to the rest in all of Jonesboro this one here on southwest drive wins by a land slide even tho it’s not perfect. to the regulars, and boy is there a bunch of them, they can call this place home with a warm inviting atmosphere and smiling happy employees and great costumer service even when mistakes are made which makes this restaurant unbeatable and unforgettable! - PrimeFoodReveiws.tm
