Excellent food, relaxing and laid back atmosphere.

I went here and everything was great! The place looked awesome and it seemed very clean! The pizza was amazing! My huge family couldn’t sit anywhere so the workers helped us and were very kind! Definitely recommend!

Salad was fresh and well dressed , very tasty!! Pizza ? was really good , quick service at lunch , reasonable cost. Good service employees !?

I agree with a comment I saw about inconsistency. The first few times ordering here I loved the pizza. Not sure if they changed the thick crust or what but the last 2 times the crust looks completely different than it used to. The texture and flavor aren't doing it for me. I always get the same pizza. I may try once more but I doubt it. Such a shame. I was ordering at least once a week but the flavor just isn't good anymore.

This was my first visit to the Southwest Drive location in person and the atmosphere, friendly staff, and wonderful aroma was warm and inviting. A friend introduced me to Lost Pizza when we had food delivered at work and I loved the pizza. ? I loved the in person visit even more. Thank you for a great experience.

The Asst General Manager came out and checked on us and she is amazing! Got us boxes and a bag for my queso! We love lost pizza on Southwest

First time, Saturday night 5:37. Ordered two sandwiches and Greek salad. Took them 37 minutes to hand us the to-go sacks. Yes, 37 MINUTES! "Because we're so busy." Must be to-go orders, because they only had five tables for three servers. Sandwiches were mediocre--twice the price of Subway and half the size, one-third the flavor. The house-made potato chips were good. We have lived in this town 40 years. Will not be back to Lost Pizza, which might as well be in Peru with a lost civilization.

Managers take their good employees for granted. The people who work the hardest and show up for work every day are the ones that are treated the poorest. It’s a family business and the family members that work there get away with doing the bear minimum and their work is passed on to hard working employees, it’s really starting to get old. People are constantly quitting this place. In the middle of a pandemic and labor shortage the owners and managers really need some training on people management, and team building and treating everyone fairly, it’s just really sad.

Stopped here on our way through AR. Maybe it's because we're not locals but the water tasted awful - even the flavored, soda fountain drinks had that funk to them. The pizza was doughy (even on thin crust pizza - how do you even do that?!) and toppings slipped off of every bite, even after the cheese was cool.Overall, it wasn't terrible food but I sure wouldn't pay money to eat it again.

Pizza was fantastic the first time I went there. The chef came out and asked how everything was and it was awesome for sure. Went there two times after and it was terrible. Asked for extra cheese and Alfredo sauce and got it wrong both times. The pizza was very dry and hardly any cheese. Will be trying other places when in Jonesboro.
