Was seated promptly considering they were busy. Our waiter was great. Food came out fast and hot. Love there spicy chicken bites. Always get good food and service. We eat here often
Husband and I went on Mother's day. It was very busy, but I tip my hat to the staff. Despite having a full house with groups of people continuously showing up, they were awesome. The staff supported each other very well. My waitress was awesome and the food was cooked well. I was more impressed by the fact that I know the kitchen was probably overwhelmed with orders, but took their time to prepare each dish so that it was presented well and cooked well. Great job!
Food was great, service was good. They had graduation parties coming in so they were swamped but the waitress still did a great job. They comped our $12 appetizer without us asking/complaining just because it was taking them so long. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 is the horrendous wait times. Almost an hour for a party of 2 but I've been there before and the longest wait has been 15-20 mins max. It's just the times we live in, you're going to wait!
One of the FEW places that has a steak option on the kids menu which is a huge perk. Our waitress was great. The food tasted very good. We were checked on frequently. Environment is clean and nice. We will be back again soon!
It's was awesome as usual. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye with loaded backed potato and a side of broccoli. No steak sauce needed. Drinks overflowed without asking. It was a graduation Saturday so food took slightly longer but was worth the wait. We love it here!!
Strawberry Pecan Salad was lettuce, about 8 grapes, 4 orange slices, and crumbled cheese. No dressing. No strawberries. No pecans. One steak was not type or size ordered. Other 3 were all cooked wrong. The waitress we had did a great job at first, but seemed embarrassed or upset over the salad and then just kind of bailed on us after stating no one told her they were out of everything.
It's was a nice experience I hate I was so tired. Got home the food was still very delicious. Our waiter was so polite whoever his parents are y'all did a good job raising that young man. If you're in Jonesboro why not go for a good steak at Long Horn.
We haven't been to Longhorn in a very long time. The last 2 experienced were anything but good but tonight they redeemed themselves! Great service, a perfect steak and all the trimmings ( and I'm a very picky steak person) exactly to order! Wow. We couldn't have asked for a better meal and our waitress was absolutely on the ball. Thanks for a great date night!
If it doesn't look like FLO File and does not taste like one it's a scam. There is something wrong with the management at the location when they hire a cook who cannot see the difference between meats. I don't go to Longhorn for a manager discount on crappy food. Maybe the manager was fired from MacDonald and found employment at Longhorns?
Ate here with my daughter the other day 3/25/22. Food was amazing. Ribeye was cooked well done just like I ordered. Texas Tonion was perfect. Service was great despite being very busy. Atmosphere was awesome, unlike other big name places. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they still don't offer my favorite cut...Prime Rib.
