KFC I'm a chicken eating Mac and whenever I want some chicken I'm going to KFC to get me a bike of those wings extra crispy they're too good

They were slammed it being fathers day. It took me awhile to get my food. I ordered online but wound up having to go inside. I used to work in fast food , McDonald's on Nettleton, years ago, and when you get hit with a holiday, such as this, you need everyone working together to get thru it... but most importantly, you need customers to stay calm n know that they will get the same service as the one ahead of them. But all in all, it was fine. Its like the man at the counter said, I'd been better off to just wait until I got to drive thru to order because they were slammed. It being a holiday they had alot of big orders come in n drive thru busy as it gets. If one order gets messed up then the whole thing can derail.
Was great. But need more cleaning restroomsvery duty.

Breast hard and cold like it's been sitting all Day! Asked for coleslaw and got lukewarm mash potatoes only thing right about order was the drink and I didn't get a freaking straw. Asked for hot sauce and honey and didn't get either ??????
Staff was rude. Is not posted drive-thru only. Went to order inside and got snapped at by the staff. They grudgingly let my 90 or mother use their bathroom. When I ordered our food through the drive-thru it was messed up and they did not give me a receipt. I ordered their big meal that was four piece of three sides of biscuit and a drink for $8.99. We had ordered original recipe and the free size were macaroni and cheese coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Somehow they misconstrued mac and cheese as corn because that's what they gave me and I cannot stand on their corn neither can my mother and we were sharing this meal. When I called them they acted like I was breaking some kind of law passing them. Needless to say the way they acted I just didn't even bother to go back. I was actually afraid that they would do something to the macaroni and cheese if they replaced it. Also the chicken breast and Wing cases like they had either left it in the fryer too long or had substituted extra crispy. It was hard as a rock. They offered to exchange the macaroni and cheese they never agree to fix the chicken. The location of this establishment East Parker Street in Jonesboro Arkansas ride along the 555. I'm not going to quit eating until 6, but this location will never get my business again.

I wish they would put celery seed in their slaw like they used to.other than that,they are ? percentMe and the missus got the $8.99 meal deal.i think it's the best deal in town.4 pieces of chicken.breast,wing thigh,and a ?..3 sides you pick up a biscuit and a drink.all for $8.99
