Fantastic Chicken Pot Pie, mashed potatoes & gravy
By far the best KFC down here no cap.
Food was good but stood at register almost five minutes to order. Seniors get a free drink here.
It was okay however I always order Taco Bell and my husband may order chicken.
Staff unprofessional, talking with loud profanity and I heard one crew member speak about the food "lookin' nasty." A younger black man seemed to be the only person there who cares about his job and wait times were very long. Frustrated customers all around due to very long wait times.EDIT: Customers came in after close and a lady yelled at them over agressively "OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED" one man really frustrated because he had been waiting nearly an hour.My food was cold, hard, not even remotely fresh.
Southwest Dr is the worse KFC in Jonesboro. I stop here every week before dropping my daughter off at practice and every week there is an issue with our order and I've tried to have understanding because I usually catch it before I leave and they correct it immediately but the last 2 visits I've made it home before noticing and when you call its do u want to come ?NO I DON'T WANNA COME BACK I WANT U TO FIX MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Have u seen gas prices and then what they give me always cost less than what I paid for and I still haven't seen that refund from that over charge! Yeah Im over this place and the sad part is it's right beside Fowlers office. U only get 2 stars for the food.
Went in the other night to order something and while I was waiting on the customers in front of me to order I seen a cockroach crawling on the menu sign
Everything we go get food at this location something is wrong. The food is either cold or the it's completely wrong. The last time the lady completely ignored me and took one thing off my ticket and put something else on there. We won't be back.
This establishment cancels Uber eats orders because they don’t feel like making them Uber told me themselves that the business was cancelling my order after I ordered five times they keep the phone off the hook half the time so we can’t get help they are rude in the store almost never get the orders right and often times things are thrown so recklessly together it makes me lose my appetite i would give zero stars if I could absolute worst establishment for this corporation I absolutely wouldn’t support going here if you want to keep your day happy. - PrimeFoodReviews.tm
Glad to find I could eat in or take out! The place was set up nicely, clean and orderly with a Shared space, Kentucky Fried Chicken.
