Passing through on our way back to GA. So many mexican restaurants in Jonesboro. I read review after review and settled on Kandela Grill. We were very pleased. Restaurant is very nice, beautiful place, service was great and most importantly, the food was fantastic! The salsa was very good too! Wish we weren't 10 hours away because we would definitely be back! Highly recommend!
Food is great! Service is pretty good. The only negative thing about this restaurant is how noisy it can get, but that is expected at times with a bar and TV.
It's my grand daughter favorite place to eat. Good food, good service.
I’ve always thought all Mexican restaurants are the same here in Arkansas, but this one surprised me the most! Raised by Mexican parents i was amazed at the fact that they actually make homemade flour tortillas here! This in my opinion puts them as the best Mexican restaurant I’ve gone to so far in northeast Arkansas.
Had special on board as you come in but when you check out they do not honor. Was charged twice for cheese dip because they did not bring it and had to ask twice. Food was cold because waiter could not speak good English and did not understand our order for drinks and food. Done with this place. Have tried several times to eat here.

This Mexican restaurant is very similar to others in town and they have pretty much the same dishes as the others with different but similar names. This one also is "wet" so you can purchase alcoholic drinks here. The food is good as are the drinks. The location is nice as it is close to a movie theater and near the center of town as well. Service is good and fast. Overall, not a bad spot to eat.
This place is very modern and easy access...very large building. Great service and fabulous food!!! Very well seasoned and must not forget the bar!!!?
Food was great...my waiter frank was fabulous...we had birthday party for my grandson and we reserved a private table...we good great service...all went well..
This place has lowered its product quality, increased its prices, and lowered the quality of customer service. I ordered a Carne Asada and was only served the salad. When I asked about my rice & beans, I was told that those did not come with the plate (I don't know, but I've always been served rice, beans, salad, and tortillas FOR YEARS). When I got my bill, I noticed that I was charged extra for those.I also showed up 30 mins before their happy hour ended, but because the waiter didn't stop at our table for 20 mins, he said we were too late and refused to honor the happy hour prices.
