As soon as you open the door, I thought, am I actually at a restaurant. It looked run down. Straw paper in the floor. Thinking when was the last time the entrance was mopped. But I wanted to give them a chance. Our table was filthy. But my mom told me to always keep baby wipes drenched in 90% alcohol in my bag. It was unbelievable how dirty the was! The carpet look like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Cobwebs over our heads. I didn't share the experience of taking my 4 year old daughter to the restroom with my husband because I normally keep the things that I need to sanitize a toilet in my bag. But when my husband panicked after coming from the men's restroom, I knew that we would never go specific IHOP again. The waitress was very nice and deserved the tip that I handed her. Total amount was over $60.
Went 2 days ago. Got the big brunch burger, fries, and a dr pepper and we all ordered some appetizers. Very yummy. Burger had a potato pancake, a runny fried egg, bacon, and of course cheese. Fries were perfectly salty and crispy. And i of course had to add some of the hot sauce that was on the table. Am definitely going back one day. I thought they were breakfast only. Glad i was proven wrong. ??
Me and a buddy ate here for lunch and had a pretty good experience. Waitress was nice, food was delicious, especially the strawberry protein pancakes and sugarfree syrup which I’m super surprised they had. Waitress named Queen, I believe, provided us with great customer service. Would come back again for another omelette! ??

Good workers, but the building is falling apart. And spider webs in corners, food is bland, but well microwaved (French toast). Prices too high for mediocre food.
I understand everyone is short handed these days, however when my family and I stand at he host stand for 10 minutes waiting to be seated while 3 women are standing talking and 1 on her phone while one poor guy is trying to host, serve 4 or 5 tables one of which is at least a 15 top, that's what I call bad service. I can't comment on the food because after finally getting sat and watching the poor guy run like crazy for another 15 minutes while everyone else literally just stood there we got up and left. I would say this store definitely needs management.
I always say I'm not coming back but I keep trying to give this place an opportunity to win my business back. They absolutely do not care about anything. It always takes an hour to get food and for what u pay I'd much rather go to waffle house. The server was friendly but that's the only high point of experience.
For some reason we keep trying IHOP but my order is NEVER right. Yet again I paid more to get tres leches pancakes and yet again I got regular pancakes. They didn't even include syrup. The food was 20 minutes late and the chicken fried steak was chewy.
Our experience was excellent! Although I do not remember my server's name, he was exceptional! He kept checking on us constantly and was wonderful with my toddler. Due my youngest being born right before lock-down, he is not use to going out to eat and gets over stimulated when we eat out! The server took the time to interact and listen to my son! He was wonderful! I am gracious to those that take to time to appreciate their job! We will definitely go back to IHOP ?
Waited 15 minutes to be seated at 2:00pm on a Sunday in an empty restaurant. Then once seated another 20 minutes before our order was taken. No one checked on us for refills ever. This location needs better management and maintenance. Food was good so kitchen staff is doing ok just the front end needs more work.
