I ordered online 6 cupcakes I got there to pick up my order and the girl was nice and let me know that one I ordered was not avaliable and gave a good recommendation that I went withBut (I should have checked but I didn't even think about it)But I got all the way home that is 1hr away....I open the box to see I have 4 of my cupcakesSo I called and spoke to someone who then promised they would call me back regarding the issue never called me backTold me the next time I was in town I could get the 2 cupcakesWhen asking who I wojld need to speak to about the matter when that happened she didn't give me a name just took my name said she would tell the manager and then call me back which I still have yet to hear about itWould have give 5 starts but this just doesn't seem like I will get resolution and be out the money for those items. Hopefully I get resolution
Went a few days ago to buy cupcakes for my husband’s birthday. We ate them when we got home and they were awful. The choc chip cookie dough was bone dry. Wedding cake didn’t taste like wedding cake…vanilla cake at best. Not to mention I waited for someone to help me for a good 10 min even hollering hello a few times. For $26 these cupcakes were not worth it.
I rarely come to Jonesboro, but when I do, I love coming here, but they were closed today. There was a note on the door from yesterday, but no update for today. I'm so sad.
I ordered and paid for 4 cupcakes the day before I wanted to pick them up. When I got there they told me they were sold out. I am still waiting on a refund to my card. I will never go there again
I really enjoy their cupcakes, the icing is amazing! I just wish the ladies working had a little better customer service.
If I could give it zero stars I would.... you would think paying $5 for one cupcake they would definitely be worth the money. In this case all you're paying for is the looks. They look good but definitely ain't it when it comes to taste. Then you can hardly get anyone over the phone and I see why because I'm sure people are calling to complain about these cup-cakes. The icing is ok but the cake is hard like they may have set up for weeks.
I was so excited to finally try Gigi’s cupcakes. What a huge letdown! For $4 a pop, I bought six 6 different cupcakes. They were not moist like I had hoped. Even worse two of the Cake portion of the cupcakes were hard like they were stale. I like my homemade ones much better. Don’t think I’ll be buying these anymore!
Their cakes a beautiful and delicious if you can actually ever place an order. Called and sent an email for a quote and was told they could do my cake and a week later after calling them every single day, I was told they were booked and would not be able to do it. Now I have wasted so much time dealing with them I won’t be able to find anyone else to do my cake. Won’t be giving them my business anymore. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.
Today is my wife's birthday. I was planning to try to get off work before they closed then discovered that they have a delivery option in my haste I ordered and paid without delivery. So I called to cancel to reorder with delivery. I spoke with SHALETHA offer to just deliver it for me since there wasn't a manager to do a refund not to mention it would take a day or two and I definitely did not have that! So she without a doubt save the Day then I received a loving text from my wife it did the trick thank you guys so much. The Miller family
I ordered a custom smash cake from them in September for my son's first birthday party in October. I called the morning that I was supposed to pick it up and they informed me they forgot about it and misplaced my order form. I would not recommend them for custom orders. Apparently they don't value their customers as much as local bakeries do. I had to order a cake from someone an hour away who was willing to make it last minute, even though they were extremely busy.
