It was 9:40 pm, Tuesday, they close at 10:00. I ordered a #1 with no cheese. When I got home I had a plain burger, I had no mustard, pickles, or onion. It was strictly meat and bread. The fries were extremely cold. I live maybe 5 minutes from restaurant. It definitely was a let down, especially after working a 19 hour shift. When I got back out again Freddie’s was closed.Thanks but no thanks Freddie’s!!!!!! McDonalds at least gives you condiments. FREDDIES’ YOU CAN DO BETTER, EVEN WHEN ITS THE LAST PERON IN LINE WHO HAS WORKED A LONG SHIFT AND JUST WANTED SOMETHING TO EAT !!

Shut down permanently please. Took more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged and order taken. Only person in line with 3 tables full. Got my order fairly quick but couldn't eat the fries. Looks like they poured grease over them. All the grease shown in pictures. Not counting what the fries soaked up. Burger was paper thin and missing a large piece. Will be contacting corporate office

The some condiments on my burger were missing and wrong. When I ask for the missing items the young lady was rude and yelled at someone else. By the time I got the condiments my food was cold. My onion rings were not cooked properly. The batter was mushy and undercooked. This was an overall a bad experience. Nothing was done to correct the problem.

I live 2 hrs away and I have always gone to Freddy’s when I am in jonesboro, but today was different% the person who took my order seemed unhappy, and unwelcoming. Then when my order was ready and I went to pick it up, the guy working handed it to me and didn’t look at me at all. I spoke to him and he did acknowledge my presence, just turned around and walked away. Not my idea of Freddy’s traditional service. I guess I will go through the drive thru next time so I don’t have to look rudeness in the face. I am very dissappointed.

The sandwich was good but the fries was cold and old you can tell from the pictures.

3 Stars for food alone because it was good. Staff could have gotten the other two stars for a great review if they acted like they cared at all. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes before anyone even came to take my order. Never greeted me. No thank you. Not even a smile. The young lady must have been having a bad day because she acted like it was just the worst thing to have to serve customers. Maybe the register is not the place for her. I tried to not let it bother me but after leaving I thought someone there should know about it.

Today we took 38 kids to Freddy's on a field trip, to say they were AMAZING would be an understatement. They did so so good. Our food was our fresh and so fast, and everything was right! Would 100% recommend.

My wife and I have enjoyed eating at Freddy’s in the past but haven’t had the opportunity to eat there in a few months. Decided to go there on Sunday around 7:00pm. A family of 4, mom and four children, had walked in shortly before us. So there are 7 people standing in line waiting to order and 4 tables were occupied inside the restaurant. Two workers looked at the line of people then turned their backs to us waiting in line and basically ignored the 7 of us waiting to order. We stood there snd stood there for a couple of minutes. I finally walked over to the open kitchen area and counted 6 more employees in that area. After about 20 seconds one employee finally looked at me so I asked him if someone could please take our orders of the 7 people standing in line. He looked around seemingly unable to figure out what to do. I walked back over to wait in line and another couple of minutes went by and no one approached the counter to take all of our orders. I finally had enough of that so we left the restaurant and found another place to eat. I understand some businesses are short staffed but if your an employee and see people in line, simply acknowledge their presence and let them know you are aware they are there and that you will be happy to assist them in a minute. How hard can that be?

Had food delivered about a month ago missing an item. Manager was nice enough to mail us coupons. Finally went in to use them today....missing items! So ... food is great, employees are friendly, but Check To Make Sure It's All There!!

Overall, I've had a good experience with this one! The cheese curds are delicious but pretty greasy, so too many of them make me feel a bit sick. Custard is good, and a GREAT selection of toppings to choose from. Steakburgers are mouthwatering! The customer service could have been a bit better, but I know everyone is allowed bad days! Also, be ready to spend some $$!
