The place had a fastfood feel to it and I was afraid I was going to be disappointed. They quickly disabused me of my opinion. The wait staff took my order with enthusiasm and smiles and then the waitress served me the most delicious food --on real plates. I got a sampler with fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti and meatball and lasagna all covered in cheese. It was so much food I not only had my full for lunch but dinner as well ❤️
Clean, and when I say clean I mean I could probably eat off the tables. Excellent service and the young man at the cash register actually listened while I was speaking. I am a hard person to please when it comes to dining but WOW olive garden might want to take notes!
Food was great .. but I think drive thru could be a little nicer towards people that never ate there before an explain there lunch specials a little better rather then talk to them like their stupid cause they didn’t know .. cause I felt kinda stupid the way I was talked to .

Ordering through the app is pretty easy. Paying with gift cards online is not easy if you're using two different cards- ie a remaining balance and another amount. The app will only allow for splitting purchases evenly between two cards.
I work for a local dr here in Jonesboro, one of the employees s went to pick-up 4 orders one drink and just food..and was treated by a criminal..because she was atvthe drive through..and was made to come in the while inside was laughed at by the employees...and one of the girls threw the one drink we had at her and said duces...we will never order from them again extremely rude and the food wasn't that good
Prices were a little high, for pasta, but everything was tasty.
Very good food and staff was very friendly. The lady in there named Ashley was super helpful definitely will come back when we come back to jonesboro.
Me and my wife were looking forward to going to fazolis again but they're lobby was closed at 5pm and since they're food is messy we didn't want to eat in our car since we're not residents of jonesboro so we both decided they're not getting another dime from us very disappointed
