Legit just had the manager yell at me that I'm wrong when the website only lists 2 ingredients for the item I ordered. Instead of helping me fix the issue all he would say is " I'm wrong, shut up, you got it how it comes!" I used to work for dominoes and it's gone nothing but downhill in the past 3 years. If higher ups see this please get better management that can talk to customers like people. I will be taking my services to little ceasers until then.
i have never been so tempted to indulge in one’s stupidity until i did business with this store i had to leave immediately before i lost it . new to the area retired military im going to eat out a lot looking to add dominoes to the new list since its nearby home . nope!! walked in with a 50 dollar bill . this man held it to the light a good 2 to 3 min n ignored me when i attempted to pay him different . i just want to pay different if he had that much concern about the bill . i don’t usual carry cash but there’s no wells fargo here . i really feel he stereotype me n i really don’t understand y he did it besides the color of my skin . i didn’t come in reckless or extravagant in any type of way.im a very quiet person but nobody rude n disrespectful where i’m spending my money . he called me sir when i first walked in . i looked pass that cuz i was looking a little rough .i wasn’t looking for trouble. i never experienced this in jonesboro . that’s y moved here . ppl are typically nice
We ordered a pizza and a side for delivery and after the "quality check" our food sat in the store for an hour before we decided to go pick it up ourselves. When we pulled up there were three delivery cars in the parking lot and one delivery guy was sitting in his car blasting music. Also our bread bites were awful. Go somewhere else.
It’s Dominos what can I say but Mmmm. They have a pizza with its own flavor and tastes. There robust sauce is sweet and tangy. I always order thin crispy crust or Brooklyn style with pepperoni bacon and cheese. I also get the garlic twist with dipping sauce sometimes if I’m really hungry. I didn’t give them a 5 star because I feel there employees could be a little more friendlier. I know they are busy but come on a thank you ever now and then wouldn’t hurt.
Got my order wrong completely . Called up there nobody answers the phone went back up there and so there's nothing they could do apparently and then online they offer curbside pick up but nobody follows it
Just takes way too long, and it even says delivered when it's not. I guess so they don't get in trouble for taking too long.Update: gave them another try such a bad idea I spent so much money just to get a pizza with cheese that wouldn't stay on, so we decided to refrigerate it and try the next day after it set but that made us realize that the dough wasn't fully cooked just a gooey mess ??
Very good pizza and made pretty quick.A side note, buy it online!It's about $5-6 dollars more when you buy a pizza at the store.
Dominos is my go to for ordering out. The food is always hot and the delivery drivers are curtious and on time.
Everything was on point. I order my food at 1:30am Friday night and my food showed up at my house 30 mins later. Hot and fresh. I’m so glad we have a late night delivery place on this side of town.
Pizza tasted good but I ordered the pizza online and selected the domino's closest to my house but some how the order was sent to the domino's across town. I wasn't happy
