Waited over an hour for our food and when the people who came after us received their food (they were with us, just arrived later) we questioned where our food was. I was standing there with my son with no one else around venting about the situation and the "manager" came out and was confrontational with me before even knowing what was going on. After her excuses while our food was not ready were shot down by me, she got even more confrontational. No let me see what happened, no apology for the delay, nothing. It ended with her telling me not to come back and I am going to do my best to honor her wishes. Worst customer service I have received.

It’s a Chuck E Cheese. The pizza is awful and a ton of the games are out of order. The prices are completely outrageous, but the staff at the Jonesboro, AR location are SO WONDERFUL! They were incredibly helpful and made our experience so great. So patient with the tons of kids we brought. That’s the reason for my 4 stars. And I’ll say this, the place was VERY clean. And also! They had some really cool prizes! But because it’s a Chuck E Cheese, the tickets/playtime were awful. My oldest nephew got the most tickets, and he only made like 300 for the whole hour, with better than average scores. Most games only paid out 5-8 tickets. I liked the option of adding cash for a better prize, cuz their prices for prizes were very reasonable compared to their price for their plastic food

The staff was really great even though they were understaffed. The place was also pretty clean and the floor manager was really attentive in the gaming area.

I went here for my niece’s small get together for her birthday, so we didn’t have a official birthday celebration, but none the less the staff made it awesome for her. The pizza was super good honestly, most people like to talk down on it but you can see the chefs bringing it out and you can see they love their job so like you KNOW the food is made with care. The manager on duty was also super good, I felt horrible because I guess I broke a game that dispensed tokens and they fell to push more out to get tickets but when I kept apologizing, as I have super anxiety, she kept assuring me that it was alright, and that the game has a habit of doing such but they’re fixing it. I enjoyed playing the games as this is Chuck E Cheese, you can be eighty and enjoy it here honestly. It’s safe and I would honestly prefer it here than going to hijinx or a Dave and busters due to all the safety measures in place especially with Covid still around. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll bring my family and friends for this fun establishment. My only small issue was the pause-minutes time only works once, and as someone that suffers from certain chronic illnesses, I would hate for my minutes to run out due to 3-5 trips to a bathroom during the stay. I understand it can be misused but it did bum me out a bit, but it’s probably for good reason.

We love Chuck E Cheese and even though it was late and we was about the only ones In the restaurant my son got to dance with Chuck E which was amazing thank you

Fun place for kids . Costly but kids are safe and have a great time so the cost is worth it .

Great family night! Pizza is good!

This was my first visit here and I was unsure about what to expect. I arrived at approximately 5 PM. There was plenty of parking available at that time. The grounds and adjacent parking areas were clean as well as the building's exterior. I was among a party of four family members including our four year old. The entrance area had hand sanitizer for public use. A large wall mounted menu was visible and I could see a staffer waiting at the counter to take our order. It wasn't busy. There was no line of people. The menu not only shows food but gaming prices too.Nearly one half of the interior was dedicated to electronic gaming machines. The seating arrangement consisted of both picnic style tables or booths. I could see that a reservation had been made for someone's group in the picnic table area. This area is close to a small stage where an large programmable animatronic mouse or rat was synced with a line of large screen televisions displaying various cartoon characters unique to the franchise. Our order was pizza and chicken wings. It was delivered to us at our picnic table in about twenty minutes. The food was very good and I will return some day.
