My favorite place lady was kinda rude at first. Like she Don t want to change order for customer needs. She Don t care. Attitude is take food as it is. But customer are always right. Work on your attitude miss Asian lady.

One of the most consistent restaurants in Jonesboro. Every time i go there i get something different and everytime it's good regardless. The few things i get on repeat are always good and never different. The service is quick and the atmosphere is nice and very chill. I'd recommend to anyone who enjoys chinese/Japanese food !
I ordered a chicken fried rice for pick up and to my surprise it was just bland rice and bland chicken with no veggies it literally had rice and bland chicken. Nothing about it was like a traditional fried rice. Never ever had such fried rice before. Never going back there again.
I spent $56.20 tonight on dinner. The rice was under cooked shrimp was over cooked and crunchy and Gaylee who took my order was rude and sarcastic. I want my money back or replacement meals. This is unacceptable!
We have always had good food here. Today we ordered a group meal as always (9 entrees and 6 appetizers with 3 boba teas) and we found an actual staple from a stapler inside our lo mein. My friend thought she cracked her tooth!
To be honest I've been to many places and had Asian food across the country. Michigan hands down has the best Asian..Chinese, Japanese, Thai ect BUT I will say Chin Chin Express has the best sesame chicken I've had since I lived in Michigan. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu.
