I typically have a great experience at this Chili's! Sometimes my chips are stale, or my food could be a little better. But overall, I get great service and the bar drinks ? are delicious! Plus, being a rewards member really pays off!
We went to Chili’s during the Monday evening dining hours, our experience was very bland. The environment was very dry and there was no music playing and it had really looked as if the restaurant was dying. Servers were trying their best to keep up with the few tables they did have, it seemed as the kitchen was backed up. Probably not going to come back for dine in anytime soon. All pictures dishes were from the “revamped” 3 for me menu.
The last time I was her was about a year ago. During this visit the service was not very good. Being a family of 5, we ran out of chips with our salsa and caso very quickly and she never came back to check on us until the food arrived 20 to 30 minutes later. I could see this happening if they were busy but there was many empty tables and not busy. The portion sizes have also shrunk greatly to where the skillet caso was maybe 1/4 full. I ordered the steak which was a poor cut of meat that was mostly gristle and fat. I guess it will be another year before I try them again.
If i could give this chilis ZERO STARS, i would! I came here a couple weeks ago and ordered a queso burger with no pico through drive thru and received one with pico and orange queso on it, the burger doesn’t even come with orange queso it comes with white! I went inside and the manager tried to tell me that it is white queso when it was clearly orange then proceeded to tell me they were out of white queso that day. I then had to beg for a refund and was told no and handed 3 15 dollar gift cards by the manager, Chris. A week after I came back to use the gift cards and was told there was nothing on them, I only got to use them once Chris realized who I was! Now today I have returned to chilis, and once again was disappointed. I ordered the queso burger with extra queso and did not receive any extra queso due to it being “frozen.” Ridiculous, will not be returning! Literally have been let down 3 times in a row.
I called to place an order with To-Go and the lady argued with me about how many entrees you get with the meal for 2. She told me I could only get 1 entree. I told her never mind that I'd come in to place my order. I sat at the bar and placed an order to go and I could see the lady that works To-Go just sitting on a stool playing on her phone. Maybe if she was focused on our conversation there wouldn't have been a misunderstanding. I only gave it 2 stars because the bar tender was nice or I wouldn't have given any stars.
Went in for lunch at 2:45 empty booths everywhere but for some reason was told that we had to sat at high tables when we said we wanted a booth told we couldn't told him we were going if we couldn't the guy was rude and said have a good day. Not the way to do business didn't care if people ate there or not. Very unresponsive and rude thanks
Our waiter was awesome. Food is pretty good. It took an hour and a half to get our food with 3 other couples in the restaurant.
Lots of tables clean and ready. But we waited to be seated at the nasty table they had to clean. What is wrong with this place. Never again.
I recommend Chili's, delicious food, fresh, the servers are very friendly.
It was busy, and they were short handed, but the service was still good. Food was pretty good, except one person's chicken tenders were tough. We can't complain about service or food. However the table kiosk you pay on, doesn't give you a play to skip the tip. Which messed our group up, one person was paying the rest were going to leave the tip.
