I love eating here! This was my first time eating in the dining area! Chicken salads everything! The Olivia’s Old South is my favorite! Well worth the money and so filling by the time you are done. I’m highly satisfied every time I go!
Fun, cheerful atmosphere. Great food. A meal here makes you feel great and not weighed down like average fast food. Service is excellent. The employees are always courteous and cheerful. Food cones out quick and every plate comes with a delucious cookie.
First time eating here. Service was good, chicken salad was average. I got the one with jalapenos in it and i got it as a sandwich, it wasn't very spicy. I had macaroni as a side and the macaroni was about the same taste as Popeye's, Slim Chickens, etc., it wasn't outstanding. You get a buttercream cookie on the side and it's just an average taste. Perhaps i will be back to try something else. There was an older gentleman employee who was very kind and welcoming, he may have been the owner, i don't know, but he seemed to be bussing tables and was hospitable. You don't see that personal touch anymore.

I just love this restaurant. It's beautifully decorated and the colors of the drcor instantly lift my mood...which can often be not so cheery! The food, though, is the star of the experience. If you like chicken salad and light cloudlike perfect sugar cookies, you must dine here. I usually get the Fancy Nancy, side broccoli salad and the little sugar cookie for a tiny sweet ending. It's about as perfect as a meal can be. While it's not the best choice for dieters (if you like opting for the croissant and dessert like I do) it's definitely worth the splurge. Even the music is great....not too loud and from different genres. Thanks again, Chicken Salad Chick, for being one of the highlights of my day!
Although I usually love this place, the chicken salad is great. Today I stopped by to get a scoop with celery to take home. When I got home and opened the container, the celery hadn’t been trimmed and the ends were brown and dried out. Very unappetizing. The chicken salad however is delicious
