Was not happy with the drive through Service yesterday. It was very busy.I watch jasmine stand stand under the fan and sip her drink. I got all the way to the order board just to find it wasn't working and had to call her over to take my order. I was very disappointed and know this is not the normal workings of this franchise.
Super restaurant. This one has a great drive through experience, one lane for mobile order pickup only and the other for standard orders. Covered means keeps you out of the sun and rain. Even the delivery “window” is actually a slider glass door. Overall, a quick turnaround here and would definitely come back
The best part of Chick-fil-A is that I've never received an incorrect order, but this is one of the slowest that I have ever witnessed. Highly recommend ordering on the mobile app and selecting the express pickup option which basically lets you skip the drive-thru line.
It’s Chick Fil A, what else is there to say? Overall it’s a great place to stop in and get a bit to eat, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. The mobile express lane can be extremely handy, but it can also be slower than ordering as you get there (depending how busy they are. They may put a priority on cars that order at the restaurant). Inside can be hit or miss as well. Depending on how busy they are there can be few clean tables to sit at. But either way my family and I enjoy coming here to grab a quick bit to eat through the drive thru or sitting down for a meal.
Drive thru ordered a #1 nothing special and a small vanilla shake. They handed me my drink, ask me to pull forward 5 minutes later no food and no one even checked on me kept handing out food to multiple cars. Got out went up said they were checking on order and handed me my receipt. 5 minutes later brought me food no shake ask for management not happy . 2 minutes later management shake and coupon for 2 sandwiches. Wake up staff you get paid good money!!
I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that could not accommodate a tray order with a hour and a half to get it done!!! I have done this at multiple restaurants across several states, and this one just said no. And, I was there at 6:50 in the morning. Also, there were 5 cars in the drive thru, so it wasn't a busy factor.
Chick fil a..need I say more?? Food is hot,fresh and amazing everytime!!! Employees are friendly with a smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their job?
I would of gave five stars because I love their food and people are always nice. They just stay busy alot and there is always a long line. Still great place to go!
Yesterday was first time I have ever been to Chick-fil-A. Have had family and friends telling me they have great food. Line was long and hesitated but pulled in. Staff was friendly and food was ready quickly. We ordered the Chicken sandwich fried with waffle fries and got the sauce for our sandwich. Sandwich was fried perfect. Lightly floured , crispy, and not greasy. Sauce is excellent it elevated the sandwich to the next level. Fried were crispy not greasy had to wonder if they are air fried. I will be a regular customer from now on.
Exceptional service. The only fast food restaurant that has come up with a user friendly and quick process for drive thru service. One line for regular drive thru and the second line for online order pick up. And it all still moves fast. Chick-fil-A will always be above the rest. Love it!
