Absolutely fantastic food and service. We had a fairly large party (7) and everything was fantastic. Ordering was a breeze, and everyone's plate was correct. Our drinks were full the entire time. I can't wait to return and try something else new.

The food was good. Just our waiter wasn't very attending to us. He was more into serving this one table. We didn't even get refills. Very dissatisfied with the service. I will not be going back.

Visited this eatery for lunch with my family and it was ok. It is similar to other fast, casual restaurants like Applebee's and Chili's. The prices here are a little lower than those counterparts though, which is good. They do serve alcohol at this restaurant so if you would like to get a drink with your meals, you will be able to do so. For the price, it isn't a bad spot but I would honestly visit another restaurant before making this my primary eating venue, if I have a choice.

We placed a drink order with an appetizer. Drinks arrived so placed our order. The order arrived so asked the waitress to cancel the appetizer, she never apologized or showed any concern with the appetizer not arriving. The order of the "Its back, Key West Chicken" was not the original Key West Chicken, when the waitress finally showed up she quickly asked how things were, as we attempted to explain she turned her back to address another table so when she finally returned she just set the bill down and quickly left, maybe she had other important things today. Cheddars should consider going back to the original recipe for the "Key West Chicken" or list it as a new item instead of it as "Its Back." It was disappointing to get an meal which was a great plate and it ended up not tasting the way it originally did, and couldn't address it due to the waitress not even taking the time for service. Still think Cheddars is great this just was not their day. Will try again.

Extremely slow service. We had to wait quite a while before our order was taken. And on a thursday night around 7pm, i wouldnt expect staff to be that overloaded. We rarely saw our waitress, to even tell her that one of our side items was missing. And by the time we did, we had already finished our meal. That being said, all of the food tasted amazing. And we certainly wished the service was better, to compliment the wonderful food.

After waiting about 30 minutes for our food, the waitress came by and said our food would be right out. 10-15 minutes later she finally brought our food to us. I'm not being petty, but most of our food was pre-made. My chicken strip were just warm. It's not like it was real busy, it wasn't.

I ordered a meal to go, and except for them forgetting my cutlery, my meal was perfect! I was in a hotel or else I wouldn't have cared that I didn't have cutlery. My steak was cooked perfect, and so were my green beans and rice. The honey butter croissants were perfection.

The food is wonderful! But curbside...isn't so great. We struggled a bit with it. It was done early, and took forever to get to us, and NO ONE would answer the phone when we called. We had trouble with getting the check-in to load on our phones. So we tried calling, twice we called the to-go line and no one would answer.. finally got our food and not a single bit of sauce was in there that we asked for. And we had 2 baked potatoes, and only a very very small bowl of sour cream and cheese. We will definitely be going in from now on lol

This restraunt is our family new favorite! Our waitress Terri was very nice and made our event special. The Monte Cristo and the pot pie were two of our favorites. We will tell our family and friends about our great night at Cheddar Jonesboro!!

Since this store reopened, just feels like something is missing. Use to never have any complaints. We both ordered the Monte Cristo. Luke warm at best. Greasy. Left most of it on the plate. Service a tad slow. We'll be back and hopefully it get's better. If not, we'll look around for a new feeding trough.
