This is disgusting! I sent corporate an email along with these but they don't give a s***. Maybe if people see this. Someone will pay attention to how employees work
Wait time was very long. Food was awful. The fish has changed and didn't taste good. We will not be eating here again.Drive thru window worker was non personable and didn't thank you or speak to you. Very rude.
Friendly staff, excellent service and food.Has recently reopened due to Covid, during this time the restaurant appeared to been renovated and new booths New table and chairs have been added!! Large parking lot and designed Parking for those with Special Needs. New food items have been added to the menu.
I arrived at this Captain D’s at 10:50am. The door was unlocked and there were vehicles in the drive-thru. The manager tells me that they don’t open till 11:00am. I respond with the sign on the door says 10:30am and she again say they don’t open till 11:00am, but the sign says 10:30am, the door was open and they were waiting on vehicles in the drive-thru.
Love the food, but hate the long wait. Customer service could use some extra work too

Captain D's is good, but often slow and sometimes a little lacking in customer service. The quality has declined and costs have gone up like everywhere else.
Slow but they were slammed with ppl! Our order was perfect and fresh. I noticed alot of bad reviews but we had a good experience. Go y'all!!
Im sorry i cant give this location a better review but my first visit i ordered the double 12 shrimp and fish. My dinner only had 7 out of 24 shrimp. They took my name next day went to collect and when i got to the speaker to order she said they were closed. It WAS ONLY 830 PM. WHY DID THE CAR IN FRONT GET TO ORDER AND NOT ME BECAUSE I WAS IN LINE AND ABOUT 4 CARS BEHIND ME
