This is not a bad fast food spot and one of the better ones in town. The service is usually fast and the staff is usually friendly. The inside area stays clean and does not look old or worn out. They have good deals like the 2 for $4/$5/$6 deals during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The app also provides a lot of deals that are good too. Overall, not a bad spot and would stop again for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
This was a horrible experience trying to order. We gave our order and she kept adding more to it until I was ready to just leave.
With it being 2022 and COVID an issue. I understand that working in a restaurant has its challenges. The store is a little understaffed and was extremely busy. I did witness where they had made a mistake but didn't want to own up to it. Maybe with more staff it won't be so busy and they'll be able to own up to their mistakes. My burger was very good and made correctly. This surprises me. That's the reason why I gave it a three-star. I would have loved to be able to give them a five star. Please hire more employees.
This place stopped caring about its customers and more about getting out the door. I'm sure bath water tastes better than the soda and tea tonight (6/6) person just dropped the order and ran due to knowing the drink machine needed changing but did not care

There manager was so gross today. So he put a sandwich in my bag that wasn't only not mine but a quarter of the sandwich had no wrapper on it. There's a high possibility the sandwich rubbed all his hand as he put it in the bag. He had no gloves on. Didn't have the sandwich rewrapped or anything. ?

I went to this location yesterday to get my mom and daughter some food. My daughter ate all of her fries and went to open her sandwich. Someone had already taken a bite out of her sandwich before wrapping it up and serving it to me. I called the store and told them what happened. They said maybe it was just from the tongs when they picked up the chicken. That, I understand. But why would there be teeth marks in the bread too? I brought the sandwich and my receipt back up there and they replaced the sandwich. It just bugs me because there’s no reason someone should’ve tried to serve me a sandwich that someone already bit into.
Drive-through service was quick and the food was delicious and fresh
