Service was good. People seemed nice. I had chicken sandwich combo..not so great! They no longer have salads. (Fries limp and cold) Upside..their diet coke caffeine free was good and not watered down....I will pass on Burger King for awhile.
So I pull up through the drive thru speaker no answers for bout 5 mins...then I get to the window n ask is the speaker working and the girls has nasty attitude about it gave me my food drowned my burger in mustard and ketchup horrible customer service...I will never return there again.
I LOVE eating here! The food is amazing! The workers are kind! The place is just overall amazing!
Burger King in this town is always a little slow. Also their drinks are huge and coke doesn't ever taste like coke to me. With that being said, my order was delicious.
Friendly service, didn't have to wait long. They forgot my large fries though... 4/5 would eat here again
It cost nearly as much to idle in the drive-thru as it did to pay for the food. As much as I really don't love fast food, it is a handy aspect of American culture when your in a hurry. The line was only backed up to the menu board, but we waited for 25 minutes in line. With gas prices right at $4 per gallon, drive-thrus need to get their service times down if they expect to stay in business. The food was hot, but so was the steamy weather and car when sitting still in 90 degree sun.
Slow! The fries were hot, my son's sandwich was wrong. Waited, yet again. Did I say slow.
I waited for 15 min in line. Once I paid, they pulled me forward where I proceeded to wait another 20 min..People behind me were getting their orders and leaving. I ordered 3 meals. The staff was friendly but it was complete non sense to wait that long for 3 sandwich’s and 3 orders of fries. Especially when 2 of the sandwich’s were Mayo only.
Good food, unfortunately play area was unavailable for my son due to covid
