This is by far the worst Burger King. We have gotten food a lot because it’s close to us but never again. When I pick up I usually have to go through each burger to make sure they are made right and there is always something missing. Tonight per usual we didn’t get what we ordered. My burger had cheese and instead of making it the size it should it was a tiny jr patty. This after I did the order online and my husband still waited 20 minutes for it. Because I usually order he counted the burgers and fries and figured it was right. Last time there were no nuggets. The time before that I checked my order and there was ketchup on it so I told them I didn’t want ketchup next after acting like I was some sort of jerk they remade it with cheese so I told them again I didn’t want cheese. They remade it and basically threw it at me. So to avoid issues I just took it. Got home and it was nothing but ketchup and cheese. Call Burger King and they did a whole lot of nothing. Like I know we were stupid to still go it’s just the only Burger King near us. But I don’t care done this is the worst place.
This location may have limited hours but they get my order correct every single time so far
They didn't have it together today! Both of my sandwiches were wrong. Should've checked them before I left. Was disappointed to get home in leachville and find that my food was not right.
The line went fast. Service was friendly. Food was hot and good

Very upset about Burger King in Jonesboro on Red wolf, we had ordered a whopper and two rodeo burgers and one small frozen coke the coke was brought out first and melted about half way.. oh and we were in the drive thru with the mobile app and was asked to go to the curb side pick up.. so we waited for 45 minutes to get the rest of our food and it was all cold when we got it.... So upset with them..
Messed up my order. Asked for an impossible whopper with no onions, tomatoes, or pickles...but they gave me o e with onions! They do not pay attention to the orders! Not good!
I ordered through the app and chose curbside pickup since my hotel was right next door. The dining room was locked, pressed I am here on the app. Soon after the manager came to the door, said it's cold out here and brought me in to wait. They were busy, and the food took a long time. The drive thru clearly took priority. The manager reassured me often that they were making the food fresh and it was coming. It came, and walked it across the parking lot to my room. The fries and sandwiches were good.....but the nuggets tasted old, and dry. They were clearly fried in a dirty fryer with old oil. Overall, decent....just hope they change that fryer.
Fast service, Senior Rewards , when ordering your food!! Easy to get in and out of the facility!! Food was hot , when I picked it up at the window!!
Food was good, but the service was lacking. Also dinning room was closed.
