First time visiting this location and I'm disappointed at the quality of the food. As a person who is a vegan, I decided to order the black bean burger, I mentioned to the waitress, no dairy, so no cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. My food arrived and there was a slice of cheese and no tomatoes. The fries were cold. My family ordered chicken wings and when they arrived, they had a fowl smell, the meat was not fresh. The chef staff should check the quality of the meat, making sure code dates are being checked, properly rotated, and making sure the freshest product is being brought out to the customers. The server was the best experience, as she was more embarrassed of the quality of food that was coming out of the kitchen. She was very apologetic and was very helpful.This location should be checking all food that leaves the kitchen. This is not acceptable and coming from the food/retail business, more attention to service, freshness and being more organized at this location needs to be addressed.
Wings are incredibly good, Fries leave a bit to be desired, desert is average, and the service is often exceptional. However, I would try and make sure that I knew what flavor of wings I liked. If you don’t, research the menu a bit. It’ll save a lot of time and hassle, and you won’t get wings that taste bad.
Was very busy on this Friday night, the staff seemed overwhelmed and we had a pretty long wait to receive service after being seated. But besides that, the waitress was very nice and apologetic and all of the food was really good. Overall a great experience with a good environment!
My sons and I had a great time. They had a pretty good crowd and there wasn't a wait time. We sat in the Red Wolf Den and Macy was our server. She is Awesome! Anytime she is there I want to be seated in her section?. The food was delicious! Can't wait to go back!
I destroyed the wings here, they were so good. When we arrived the staff was deep cleaning the whole restaurant. Needless to say was quite thrilled seeing this, and the staff appeared to be having a good time. Service was prompt and food was cooked perfectly. I'll be back for sure, also recommend to anyone needing to feed their wings craving.
The waitress was exceptional. My son and his friend were wanting to try the spicy wings and she brought out a sample, then brought us milk since she knew he would need it! They enjoyed the TV’s and the food. Good time for food and sports!
Best experience we've had here yet! Monica was amazing! Food was out quick and we never had to ask for refills. She was on top of everything! Thank you!!
Service wasn't so good, sat outside for drinks and one waitress came out to check on the only other table of 2 and never even acknowledged us, (a party of six). RUDE... But a different waitress came out after 20 min and only then did the service get good. So overall not a good impression for my first time being there. Also the restaurant inside was dirty and nasty. Won't ever go back.Bad news travels faster than good. Bye bye
We have a specific waitress we like to have serve our tables she's amazing. Some of the workers need to work on being friendly. Food is great.
Been to this location a couple times and staff turnover could be the main culprit. We are very understanding and forgiving ppl but this last time was our last time at this location. Started out with sitting us at a table where the floor was completely disgusting (picture). I get it we have a toddler too but why would you sit someone here, felt disrespectful. Then our waitress comes over and kicks the mess under our table while we are ordering drinks. Insists on taking IDs because we are out of state ppl, weird but ok. Comes back ordered food. Later comes back doesn't have particular beer ok fine ordered tea. Brings lg lemonade for my daughter way too big as she ordered from kid menu, ends up spilling it of course. Finally brings ID back. Daughters food comes then she says we are out of mac n cheese, sons order, ok chkn fingers. Steaming hot fingers then get placed in front of my almost 2yr old, not cool. Over it ate our delicious wings and bounced. Worst BWW or im just old school and expect just descent service.
