My wedding cake was delivered without a dowel, and nearly fell into the floor. had to rearrange wedding schedule to cut the cake before it fell into the floor. Received no real apology, and had to contact several times to get any kind of refund. would not even refund 50%. would never recommend ?
These people are not professional and delivered a wedding cake falling over. We had to rearrange everything for the bride and groom to cut the cake early so the cake wasn’t on the floor. The cupcakes were awful and flaky. The owner then tried to guilt trip the bride for wanting a refund and refused to give a full refund though they did give a partial refund after many of us repeatedly contacted them. They were extremely rude and unprofessional.
So we went in and placed an order. The menu stated that the cookies were $1.50 but we was charged $1.99. And we paid cash and was charged a convenience fee of $2.00. We went back and we was told that the menu was updated in the computer system but not on the physical menu. And we wasn't supposed to be charged a fee since we paid with cash. As it says on our receipt. But we was given the fee amount back. But we wasn't compensated for the order.
I was very pleased with this cake! I think it turned out super cute and everyone thought it tasted great. My little sister loves macaroons so it was the perfect cake for her. This is my second time ordering a birthday cake from Bliss Cupcake Cafe and I plan to use them in the future.
1st and last time customer. Stopped in today to get my kids a surprise with cupcakes. Nearly $10 for only two. Dried out, stiff and zero quality for taste. The $4 pack of premade at Walmart are far more worth the money. Kind of like the Starbucks of a cupcake shop. Meaning you pay an extreme premium for absolute garbage product. I'd think Starbucks would be far better even though I don't go there. Please shutter and don't reopen again
A child could have done a better job with preparing my friend’s wedding cake. They charged her $300+ dollars for something that any other bakery would be ashamed to claim. I would give 0 stars if I could. How dare you blatantly take advantage of someone like that?
I gave them a vision for my birthday cake & it literally came out perfect!! One of the best cakes I’ve had, will definitely be ordering again. Was so happy with my experience!!
I just love their macarons. Strawberry is my favorite.
Nice little shop selling mainly cupcakes and cookie dough. Also have unique jewelry, t-shirts and baby/toddler items. I love desserts and pastries these just didn't hit for me. Cupcakes were dense with frosting on the salty side. 2 out of the 3 cookie dough were very dry. Great concept, could just be me.
I can always count on Bliss to have something fun and delicious in the case as a special treat for every occasion!
