We eat here a lot, but were there tonight and the staff was just wonderful. My niece dropped her concrete and they gave her a complete new one free of charge, no questions asked. The staff was also super friendly and service was fast.
They were slammed packed. Fantastic service. I wasn't a fan of the blackberry and chocolate chip concrete, but everything else was phenomenal. Can't go wrong with Andy's.
I love Andy’s! They’re ice cream is AMAZING!! The pickup is super fast and the workers are super kind! Everything is clean. Definitely recommend
Oh my gosh where do I start??? This place was absolutely amazing!!! From the service to the product.....I had the triple chocolate concrete and I will never forget it! So good!!!
I would give Andy’s 5 stars BUT it is extremely over priced. Honestly, their custard is great but it is so over priced it’s just not worth it.

The custard is always great! I will say though, that if you happen to show up without a wallet just set up their app on your phone and it can be used as a payment if your bank card is attached.
If they give you what you order, it is good and worth the price. But the chance of getting what you actually order is less than 50%.The best thing to do, if you don't care what you get, is just ask for whatever they want to serve you, because it seems that is what they do anyway.Sad.
18 bucks for 2. Very little hot fudge in the jackhammers ordered. Wasn't worth it for me, at least during this visit.
I've always thoroughly enjoyed the Frozen custards from Andy's. So, this last visit was really a surprise. I didn't get what I ordered and it must have had cookie dough and peanut butter as ingredients. I can't stand either one. After making the trip, waiting in line, and paying over $8, I decided to eat it anyway. Big mistake. I was in and out of the bathroom several times the next day with an upset stomach.I'll give them another try but will be sure to tell them of their mistake.
