The food is great, that is if it is cooked correctly. Very often when I visit, the fries are under-seasoned, cooked just fine but it's often soggy and sometimes cold. The chicken is usually fine.But also I've had multiple run-ins with the manager, though idk if the current manager is the one I've had an issue with in the past. I've sense moved away from eating at this specific location because of these issues and the manager. But when I am out of Hot Springs, I would definitely order Zaxby's again.
Chicken strips tasted like sausage to me and 2 of my kids. The girl at the window&taking orders does not know how to listen. We told her our order 7 times before she ever got it right. And it was very simple. 5 of the 6pc Chicken strips meals 1 of them the way it comes & 4 with extra FF no coleslaw & 1 chicken sandwich meal with mayo & lettuce only. 4 root beer, 1 water and 1 sprite. French fries we seasoned way to much.
A consistently good option for the Zaxby's enthusiast. First-time diners need to try they variety of sauces and consider the toaster sandwiches or the strips and fries plates.
The food was amazing! I could hardly believe it was made by a mullet headed teenager. The sauces were excellent and the front staff were obliging. I will be back!
For the price you pay. You would think that the employees would be a lot nicer and the food would be fresher. 30$ wasted and they charge extra for ranch? For a salad? Sucks that McDonald's employees are nicer and don't charge for ranch. I know I know why didn't I got to McDonald's in the 1st place well my husband thought zaxbys would of been something new and different. Know we know it's not! Thanks.
This place was pretty good for being a chain. Staff was friendly and the inside was clean. Food was pretty good but maybejust a tad salty for me. I had the chicken fingers plate and the chicken seems to be slightly stale and the frys were over seasoned but, the coleslaw was fresh and tasty.
If ya like chicken you'll love this place. The grilled chicken salad actually has chicken in it. Not like most places that are attempting to attract rabbits with all the lettuce.
I just had a pick up order with a fried Cobb salad. This is the most pathetic looking salad I've ever had from here. Only one whole strip of bacon(not crumbled) whole chicken, not salad pieces. Missing product, was not told that they would be missing.Highly disappointed!!
Decent food for the price. My wings needed more sauce and the food didn't taste fresh even though we waited over ten minutes for our order
For me fast food chicken is over priced and Zaxby's is amount the highest. I ordered one of the grilled sandwiches which came with nothing but the chicken, bun and a couple pickles and fries. The meat was warm at best. My relatives said their food was fine. There is nothing special about their food and I think almost $50 for 3 fast food chicken meals is a bit ridiculous.
