Wonderful the burger was nice and hot and juicy you can taste each ingredient the mustard the ketchup the pickles the onions the lettuce the tomato all went good together and the lettuce was crispy the fries on the other hand seem like they had been sitting three to four minutes longer than you live degrees at settled in but they were still hot and the drink was just the way I asked it light ice completely lovely I will go back again thank you very much I need to try it if you're in Hot springs go check Wendy's out on Albert Pike road
The staff at this Wendy's have been consistently good every time I've gone. Both dine-in and drive-thru. Need Wendy's? Make your way to this one.
I don't frequent Wendy's enough to review it, I have no complaints.
I watched 2 guests walk out and we considered it. The cashier was unfriendly, bored, and slow. She was taking orders like she hated her job. It was 11:45 am and both ketchup machines were empty. The drink machine was also out of order. I was the third person in line and it took 22 minutes to start ordering. The orders before me were a total of three combo meals. Food took so long to get together, all our fries were cold. There was plenty of staff but the managers were not leading at all.
Took 30 minutes to get my food today and only had two people ahead of me in the drive thru line. Do better.
Well let's see over the last month this place has gone down hill considerably.I've pulled up and been made to wait for 15 to 20 min In the drive thru when they did not have any customers. Seems like they always have a issue of some sort today after I ordered and waited at the window for 10 minutes the girl asked me if I had any cash like really you could have told me that when I was ordering my food and I would have went to McDonald's like I have had to every morning because yall just can't get rite no wonder they are never that busy
Just a run of the mill stop in for grub. The cheddar bacon burger meal... well there was a problem with it. The problem was that it made me hungry for more. Oh man was it good. Value priced goodness that hit the spot. I did want more ketchup than a single pack but the burger won the day.
Horrible I use to work her a while back an went to get paper signed so I could fix my stuff and the manger was very rude came to the counter and instead of asking how may I help you he said WHAT. When I had worked here I worked for 3 days because of the way they treated their employees the manger would come up and bump orders that wasnt even fully done yet. I by far will never work or eat here ever again.

Was in last night to pick up dinner. Drive thru was already backed up. Went inside, it was no better. Only 4 people working, and what they did made no sense.The cashier kept going to the back to get drive thru going, ignoring the front counter.Every one moving slow as Moses....what should have been a 10 minute stop was 30.The manager could have been floating...but seemed preoccupied with a door dash order.Still, I love the salads, so it's not like I wont go back...but would love to see better service. My very first job was at Wendy's. We were expected to be quick and know every position. This was long ago, but I believe they could do better.
