We traveled from Texas and met some family here for what we were expecting to be an amazing dinner, based on reviews. The staff was incredibly nice and we all ordered our food. Everyone’s food came out and looked great, except mine. I asked, they said its coming. 10 mins later i was still sitting without food. My side bowl of Gumbo was also cold. However, once my food did arrive it was wonderful and i have never seen a management staff work so hard to make things right. They explained how short staffed they are and thats such an unfortunate truth right now for so many people. We absolutely left with smiles on our face and we WILL be back again. Thank you for making it right!
Stood at the door unattended for 45 minutes while there were open tables. Once seated, wait staff walked past my friend and me several times while checking their other tables. When a server did make it over to our table, she only addressed my white male friend. And I mean she wouldn't even look at me. Hate to say it, but I can really only address that to racism.The crawfish was good, but not good enough for me to ever go back.
My wife and I had our Anniversary dinner out there, both of us had the surf and turf; she had a Ribeye and I had Prime Rib; very excellent food. Our waiter very attentive. Nice atmosphere.
1st time here. Best crawfish I've had in a restaurant outside of the state of Louisiana. Perfectly cooked, something no other establishment I've been to, in Arkansas, has ever done.Wife had the gulf shrimp and it was good too. We'll be back to try some of those other dishes if the crawfish don't fill us up 1st. hahaGreat atmosphere & service. Very clean.
Alligator bites were more breading than meat. The blackened catfish was completely flavorless, it was like eating a mouthful of mushy bread, but it was fish…. The hush puppies are big cheese balls that have the consistency of mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders tasted more like fish than the blackened catfish.Amazing fries though…..
Food was good at time. Husband got sick that night. I was sick the next day. We have ate there before also this was the first time anyone was sick.
Great service friendly staff and a menu that will fix your cravings. I had a pound of Crawfish and it was cooked to perfection. I also had a very hard time making my decision on what to eat, they have a lot of my favorite Cajun dishes. Ido recommend it if your in the Hot Springs Arkansas.

The food was horrible. I think they cooked the shrimp in the salt water they purged the crawfish. Our boiled shrimp had no flavor other than salt and they were over cooked and obviously thrown in the freezer. You could not peel them. They were inedible. We paid $93 for food not worthy of eating. The crawfish were muddy tasting and Boudin link was awful. It had a Smokey taste. Don’t go unless you go for the beer!
