Blueberry pancake was awesome! One pancake is as big as the plate. Buckwheat apple pancake was great! Grandson loved the chocolate chip pancake! This is a place for Big appetite!Our waitress - Janey was so nice
The food and service were excellent. Had the ham and egg breakfast and the ham was enough to share. You should definitely plan to wait, very popular and busy place.
The pancakes are so big and yummy! The French toast is very good also. It was a lot of food also had the sausage and bacon. It’s worth the wait! Very nice staff.
Best service and food I have had in a very long time!! Everyone there was friendly and really attentive. The portions are huge so keep that in mind when ordering!!The apple butter is good and i absolutely love that they serve the syrup hot!This business and it's building have good stories and I love how the town recounts their history on their menus, decor and displays.
Great food. Nice waitress. Pancakes are huge. As big as a dinner plate. Each order of whatever you get come with tons of food. Fairly fast service even being very busy. Bathroom is tiny but clean.
We ate breakfast here this AM. Our server was awesome. My husband had the ham and cheese omelette and he loved it. I had the scrambled eggs and onions and a small grits. The portions were big and everything was hot and tasty. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Wanted, needed a good breakfast. Looked around at options in Hot Springs and decided to give this a try. And we were glad we did. Easy to find right along central avenue, there is parallel street parking or a pay to park lot on the west side of the street that is only 10-15 yards from the restaurant. This place had a good sized crowd, but we were pleasantly welcomed and quickly seated. Wait staff was on point and were attentive ready and willing to help. Food was was brought out quickly and tasted delicious. From the coffee to the pancakes and everything in between we had no complaints. Food, service and fair pricing, what’s not to like? We would definitely eat here again if we were traveling in this area.
The pancakes are wonderful but so was everything else! My favorite was the ham steak. We went on sunday morning and only waited about 5 minutes. You get so much food, you'll need a to-go box! Its a really cool place where the staff treat you like family.
We got in line with an hour wait & started to walk away & just go with out or make do…. But we decided to leave 1 person waiting while others jumped into a few close shops. We waited about 18-20 minutes less than suggested before being seated. We loved it…. Totally worth the wait Pancakes were amazing & omlet was delicious…. The syrup was warm & tasty & the service was friendly & efficient. We loved it! We’ll go back!
We were heading down the street to another popular breakfast spot, and were disappointed to discover they were closed on that day of the week. A helpful passerby, seeing our consternation, kindly suggested this place as an alternative. First thing to mention is the really excellent quality meats served here. These are not your cookie-cutter silver-dollar sausage patties; these are hand-formed and as big as a hamburger bun! Excellent flavor! The bacon likewise was thick-cut and savory, definitely not Oscar Meyer. Next thing to mention is the wonderful homemade biscuits and the apple butter! Truly superb. Our waitress was very friendly and personable and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
