Good food, great music.
Hot Springs top sports bar. Good burgers and pizza. Plenty of TVs inside to catch all of your games. Large outdoor area also. Give them a try.
Absolutely horrible service, waited an hour and forty five minutes for no food or refills , they finally brought the appetizer chili cheese fries and they looked like cat food dumped on fries. We asked for the check so we could go eat somewhere else and she charged us for the entire meal
We love this place. For the most part this place is where the locals go. Hot wings are really good as discussed cocktails are reasonably priced.
I went to their crawfish boil 3 years ago and it was amazing... been looking forward to going again ever since. So I was really excited to take my family. They were cooking the crawfish on site. We watched the guy cooking them, which was pretty cool. Waitress got our drinks, but never brought menus and we had to ask for some. We ordered and saw the cook take a large cooler of cooked crawfish into the restaurant. After quite some time we got our plates. The crawfish were huge and looked great, but unfortunately they were cold, dry and overcooked. Plate came with two small red potatoes, 1/4 piece of corn and 3 small mushrooms. Only 2 of 3 plates had sausage included. Everything was cold and overcooked with very little cajun flavor. Crawfish didn't taste cajun at all. Had to add salt for flavor. Even the butter was cold and thickening. We had a party of 7 and the people who ordered other dishes had to wait another 20-30 minutes before they were served. Food was delivered with no eating utensils and no napkins. There were no condiments/salt/nor pepper on the table. People with french fries got a packet of ketchup. We had to request a bucket for shells, utensils, napkins and drink refills when we were able to flag down the waitress. We're not ones to complain and did not say anything to the waitress. When we were leaving, I asked to speak with the manager. I was not trying to get anything in return, I simply wanted them to know that it was not a good experience this time. The manager was not at all friendly, he was agitated and defensive. I spoke quietly as there were other diners nearby and did not want to make a scene. He raised his voice at me and said, "you're the only one who has had any problems and I don't believe you, but I will get your server to discount your bill." This was very offensive to me, as I had no reason to lie and I hate complaining. I told him that I was just wanting to let him know and told him he could ask the 6 other people I was there with and they would confirm my report. I still ended up paying over $70 after the discount. It was nice that I was compensated a bit, but a sincere apology and reassurance that my next experience would be better, would have meant much more to me. He did not even offer a fake apology. I have been here 3 times before and the service was poor each time, but the food always made up for that. Unfortunately, due to the way I was treated by the manager, non of us will be going back again. I know, for a fact, that I was not the only disappointed customer. People who were sitting nearby overheard how the manager spoke to me and commented about how bad their experiences were going as well. One said they had been waiting for their food a long time and were about ready to leave. I'd say they should start listening to their customers and make some changes...
The sandwich we had was excellent. The fries are amazing. The sweet tea was so-so but that’s not a deal breaker.The night we went they had a live musician who was quite talented.Our waitress kept the drink filled and offered dessert which is rare!My criticism would be that it was unclear that it is open seating and we felt awkward when we first arrived.We will be back.
Use to be our favorite place for pizza. Recently changed crust to something similar to bisquick. Thick and flavorless. Chicken was bland and tasted freezer burnt. No longer worth the $26 they charge.
The name caught my attention and I'm glad it did!! We were staying at the hotel across the street and thought we would try it. It's a local bar and grill. Food was really good! Service was good. Just a place that locals hang out at. They had a great live band that night. It was a a good choice for us!
This was the only place open during the recent snow and sleet. Their chili was amazing and the potato boats were even better with chili on them. Excellent service! Ready for summer and some live music.
Service was great and the catfish was awesome!!
