Several visits there, we are not tourists and usually our Favorite! Husband ordered steak well done, arrived not as ordered. Son ordered steak ? differently and his was as ordered. She asked if we had switched with our son, in case they were on wrong plate, in which we had. It did not matter it was still not cooked as ordered. Manager brought steak back, in which Husband stated it was not cooked as ordered and even commented potato was now cold. Waitress (Torie), asked if he was going to eat it, stated ? no and took plate. Brought ticket at full price, not even an apology ?. What has happened to good customer service? Take note not just tourists eat there!!!
The HS Texas Roadhouse is always good. The service was 5 stars just like the food. Highly recommended. If you like prime rib you should try it a TX Roadhouse, see my picture.

Absolutely hands down the best steak I've had in a very long time. Our server, Octavia, was extremely attentive to our needs and is doing a very excellent job. Great drinks, tasty steak, buttery home made bread!! You really need to stop in here. Hot Springs Arkansas has a great restaurant.Really wish we had a Texas Roadhouse in Waynesboro Virginia!!! Only steak house there is Outback!!
This review specifically has to do with items being left out of to go orders. The food itself is always good but the last three times I’ve ordered to go there is always something missing off the order. Today it was boneless buffalo wings and the last 2 times it was sides of rice. We actually checked to make sure there was rice today in ours so we thought everything was good but when we got home that’s when we noticed the missing appetizer we paid for. We live 40 minutes away so it’s not like we can just run back to the restaurant quickly to get it. I called back this time to bring it their attention and while the lady who did our to go order apologized and was super nice and I’m sure it was an honest mistake it is still frustrating. But when I asked her if they do a checklist or double check the bags before they go out she said they do not generally. I think management needs to start requiring pick slips or printing two separate receipts one for the customer and one for the packer to reference so that they can just do a check off to make sure everything makes it into the bag. It’s not always feasible to take your Togo order to your car in the parking lot and unpack everything in the cargo area if there are a lot of containers to look through to double check everything or if it’s raining. If management would have them double check or do a check off list slip with the orders it should fix it going forward and I think it would be relatively easy to implement. Besides the recent to go mishaps the food is always good and dine in service is always good. I’m just going to have to make a mental note to check everything from now on before leaving the parking lot.
This was not our first time at this location but it was the most recent. Our anniversary. We did have a wait which was about 35 minutes. When we were seated the waitstaff was courteous and prompt. Our steaks were PERFECT. Our waitress was even happy to take our picture for us. Wonderful evening!
After strongly consulting with friends (group of 5):Service: good service. Waitress was nice. The only issue is that she needs to bring drinks before enters the order in the system. 10 min ish with no drinks. Not nice.Atmosphere: country music is so loud that you have to scream to people who sit across the table. Other than that pretty chill.Food: delicious, steaks are done the same way we ordered. Chicken clitoris are juicy. Big portions.Thank you for reading our review. We enjoy doing it for ya :)
I love our Texas Roadhouse. I can count on my meal always tasting just how I want it. I do miss the peanuts but not a biggie. I have noticed the heavier crowds at this time of year. (Prom, Graduation, Spring time holidays) but let's make sure your seating customers in cleaned booths. Again yall were packed last night and lots of ppl everywhere. But we were sat at a booth that had not been cleaned before the next guests. I had corn and something spilled all under me feet. I didnt even want to put me shoes down. My side of the table was so greasy I used my napkin & water to wipe it down so I could touch the table. I dont believe that was our assigned table she just said here cause we were fighting traffic, waiters with food trays, other hosts. Maybe some new employees not sure. Just wasn't happy with the cleanliness of my table/booth area. But that doesn't mean I'll stop coming or Recommending just pay attention, please.
