Went through the drive thru (east grand, Hot Springs, AR) at 945 pm, was told kfc closes at 930. OK, no problem. Place my order and the guy tells me they can't break a $100 bill after 8pm,again no problem. I go break it, come back and now I have to have exact change. Get to the window and ask the blonde lady, who has stated she's the manager, what time kfc closes and she states 10pm. I asked if that meant the other guy was lying, and her reply was that they ran out of chicken because they sent their cook home at 6pm. Then she shuts the window and hides so she doesn't have to talk to me anymore. How is there only one cook for a restaurant and you send them home 4 hours before the restaurant closes? Is he cooking 4 hours of chicken before he leaves? This I ridiculous and completely unprofessional by this "manager." Glad I don't have to wasre money at this location anymore.
A quick lunch with the family after enjoying the day out. Food was good and the inside clean. It was warm in there but quiet and did the job well!

These are the most saddest tacos I have ever seen. All 3 were like this. You basically get a chicken nugget in the new chicken tacos.
I ordered 4 soft tacos. They tell me $14 dollars!!!Tacos had almost nothing on them!!!!Absolute rip off!!!! Never go there again
I ordered a box meal, 2 burritos and some KFC. I was first only handed a bag of taco bell, had to get the employees attention to get the KFC I ordered. Then when I got home, realized that they tricked me into thinking I had all my food by not putting the box meal in the box.

Order was wrong. Change was wrong. Guy taking order talked over me the entire time.
The guy in the window was a pleasant change most of time they forget somenitems and there rude but butbhe was very polite i could tell he was new i hope they dont corrupt him too. All my items were there and i enjoyed my visit and my food.
Service was slow and I had to wait for 10 min for my food to be brought out to my car.
