The baristas are rude! Did a mobile order and the girl at the drive thru was rude and told us to pull to the mobile parking. Got to the window asked why we had to move. They wouldn’t move us if we had ordered at the window. Male got rude and loud with my husband. We pulled around, so to not make their wait time screw up for them, since they are timed…… guess our order doesn’t count. So I walk in to get our drinks, they were done… we pulled around for no reason!! Mind you we had NO coffee just refreshers and a tea!!! Come on!!! When I get the drinks female rude!!!! Come on Starbucks on Albert Pike!!! DO BETTER!!!! take lessons from your friends on central!!!
Great place Great coffee I grind so. Coffee I got 4- 30 - 22. It was great the cup. Of coffee ☕️ I had was great place was nice I will be back drink coffee on the inside

Ultra slow service, drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, rude staff and mediocre food. Franchise owner needs to make better staffing choices.
My order is never wrong. I think the staff is actually nicer than Chick-Fil-A, and that’s saying something!

I've watched these baristas go above and beyond for their customers, always willing to make it right!! Being lactose intolerant, I called to ask which milk would be best in a caramel macchiato and the barista who answered my call was more than willing to answer my silly question. ❤️ Thanks u
