The food is great and everyone I ask says that the coffee is also great. The only downside is the cost. I'll eat if somebody else just thinks I deserve it, but I have difficulty purchasing this food on my own.
No real words for the experience we had being stuck in line for 30+ minutes, unable to just leave. Got to the window finally. They had other orders for people behind us ready but had not even started on ours. People getting out of their cars and coming to the window to complain.
I will always hold a grudge because Starbucks destroyed Tevanna and started serving the lowest quality tea possible. What a shame. Tevanna was genuinely devoted to a sustainable environment.
My grandkids & I got in the drive thru line today. 15 minutes later, we were wishing we weren’t trapped by cars so we could leave. 30 minutes later, we finally made it to the window. They had not even begun making our drinks, yet kept bringing other drinks to the counter for cars behind us. At one point, a girl came to the window to ask if we got our order. (No, or we wouldn’t be sitting here.) They were also randomly closing at 6pm. I made it to the window at 6:15 with at least 10 other cars behind me. People were getting out of their cars & walking up to the window to say they just wanted to cancel their orders and somehow get out of line. The workers had no suggestions for them as to how to do that.
Changing my rating to 4 stars because the day shift is wonderful. But that night shift, babyyy something always wrong w/ my drink
I need to preface this by saying the employees at this location are WONDERFUL and doing their best. Every single person in this store was friendly and professional, despite being absolutely SLAMMED with customers.The drive through was completely packed, there was a line going out the door, and there were at least 5 people waiting to pick up orders made through the app. During the 10 minutes I waited for my order - perfectly reasonable considering what I just described - I witnessed these employees get berated by no fewer than three customers.I was ashamed at how entitled these people were acting. What else do they expect? If you take a quick look around, anyone can see that there's no way in this chaos you are going to get your order quickly. Do better please, Hot Springs.Unfortunately, this Starbucks is just too small for how much traffic it gets. Do not come here any day of the week expecting a nice quiet drink, and definitely do not expect quick service. This is NOT the fault of the employees. Until the store expands or another one opens nearby, there is just nothing to be done about it. I recommend avoiding this location if at all possible, if not for your own sanity, then maybe to save these poor employees from the insane amount of traffic this place gets.
How long does it take to heat up a bagel? I'll never know because I drank a large Frappuccino and sat there another 25 minutes for a total of 45 minutes and then got brushed off by 3 staff members before giving up and leaving. I will never go back.
Ordered a mocha frappe. My usual. Don’t have any Mocah? mom ordered a peppermint white mocah and got very very little peppermint. never been so disappointed with Starbucks before. Definitely will continue going to Albert pike.

While they were a bit busy first thing this morning, when I'm paying as much as I am for a cup of coffee and more for add-ins, I expect to at least get what I am paying for. I only got cold brew and sweet cream, no peppermint, no mocha, no classic. Very disappointed.
