9:19 pm my wife and I traveled back to hot spring today on our way out of town we stoped at Sonic to get food for our 4 hour drive home. Upon arrival we ordered. After a 20 min wait time our food is brought to us by a rude young man who just hands us are food and when my wife asked what the drink was he said it's marked ! Can we say rude ! Then we open our food mind you I am a cancer patient and this can harm me from food sitting out ! My wife then called into have it fixed the young lady told us the manager refused to remake are food but would give us our money back ! It will get it one two days ! We feel highly disrespected and we will be calling the health department along with the corporate office in the morning ! Horrible! Horrible ! I recommend you find another Sonic or cook at home !
Ugh. This is the slowest Sonic I've ever went too. I worked at Sonic as a kid. The way this one works wasn't like the one I worked at. Especially if you order drinks and it takes 15 minutes - 20 minutes to get 2 burritos. It's crazy, it might be okay if attitudes were nice and happy but nope. They work for money not bc they like to serve others! The one further down airport road, is AMAZING. I brag on them all the time! They are quick, kind, and willing to help! Patient if you are like me, you go over & over the menu and ask what's on this and that. Lol. But yeah. This one is bad....
My dad's order was unusually slow to come out then he was charged twice. Hopefully, he remembers to call for a refund as the location is not able to do it.
I got a ultimate breakfast burrito.. I think it's my favorite on the menu now besides a chili cheeseburger with onions mustard and pickles. You can't go wrong with Sonic!
Good staff,for most part fast drive though. (just depends on what customers order!) Best ice cream in town & fresh never stale cones!!

Drive up didn't work. Kept saying they'd be with us. We gave up and used the drive through. Mocha blast shake was tasty.
Most of the time I visit they are very slow and almost never get the order correct. The place is run down and alot of the pull in spots dont work. They have advertising for items that they dont serve.
Everytime I order something they give me something completely different. A lot of them are rude at the window and the food just sucks
We waited for over 30 minutes for our order. We pushed the button and asked about our order and they said what would you like. We answered the order we placed and paid for 30 minutes ago. She said order will be right out. She came out to the vehicle and asked what did you order? Finally gave us food that was cold. Sad sad sonic.
