This sonic is a strange one, some days it’s just as it should be, but today, I arrived to get totchos and the grilled cheese double burger, those two exclusive app meals, and I’ve got them before but today, I was in a rush and when I got to where I was heading, the “totchos” was literally just tatertots with none of the extra ingredients included, and same with the burger, it was one sausage patty with a slice of cheese. No bacon that I ordered as an add on, no ketchup, mustard, onions, or a double sausage patty. I see the reviews here and see that this isn’t the first time undesirable things have happened with people’s orders, so if this is how it’s been lately, this sonic seems to be going downhill. I’d take your chances at another sonic than this one. Also it was $9.09 altogether, if I knew I wasn’t gonna get what I ordered, I wouldve reported it, but that’s not how the app works and being in a rush doesn’t help either. Pretty big waste of money.
I will never go back. I don't live far but food always cold as ice and like been sitting there all day. Chicken on sandwich so hard couldn't even cut it. I don't know what happened to this sonic it used to be one of best in hot springs. That was 2 years ago. I haven't gotten a decent meal in over a year. I'm thru
Sonic is my go-to for a drink while I'm out and about. Sonics food is pretty tasty for fast food, however it has also become a bit expensive with the pandemic. That said, it's usually worth the money and the Sonic App makes it very easy to order ahead or while sitting in a stall and not wanting to talk to anyone. Also, drinks are always 1/2 price when using the app.
Never will return to this location. Waited 30 min for meal and we were only 1 of 2 cars there. We just ordered 2 simple combo meals. 30 min wait, after setting 30 I demanded my money back and they refused. I kid you not. Stole $23.75 of my money and refused to give it back. The carhop was almost in tears. She said that it happens alot at that location. My bank said they will deal with them
Order was wrong. Car hop didn't give correct change I had to ask for my 6$ cash back almost dismissive...expecting that was a tip. I do tip the car hops but this was very unexpected
Sodas don't taste right. Either the water has too much chlorine or the vinyl piping in the machine leaches lots of PVC taste. Pease fix your beverages. ??
