Food was great. The food they had anyway in stock. Walk across the parking lot to Sam’s and get some ranch… Air was broken on the hottest day of the summer so far. Pretty unenjoyable experience today. Don’t know if that’s normal or not for this location.
Went thru the drive thru. The young man working the drive thru literally acts as tho he HATES helping people. I questioned my charges because it was outrageous for my food order. 23.00 for just a wrap and 6 wings. I did NOT order the meal. This is exactly what is wrong with out country. GREED. I will NEVER order from this place again. I will never send anyone to this place.
Restaurant was not very clean. Employees not friendly at all. Employee asleep in the lobby booth Then got up had her hand down the back of her shirt. Then went straight to the kitchen and made herself some food to eat no gloves nothing no washing her hands. Horrible.
Im sorry, but the amount of time I lost trying to get food here was ridiculous. A lady tells me to wait a minute, so i did and I never got an answer until about..idk 10-15 min later when I had to say Hello and finally she replies, takes my order then i pull up to pay thru drive through. Luckily, a gentleman saw me and quickly checked out and told me to pull up to the front. then i continue to wait about another 20-30 min sitting at the front and i finally decided to walk in cause they took their time. I spent my hour break literally waiting 40 min for my food.
Terrible experience. Should not take 30 minutes to get food going through the drive thru at 2 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. My husband had to go in to see the status of our order and they hadn't even started the grill for the grilled chicken tenders. At least the order was correct and the food was decent.
The food came out so hot and fresh, it was all so good. They have some of the best fried mushrooms. The strawberry cheesecake in a jar is heavenly.There weren’t any clean tables when we arrived and never seen anyone clean them while we were there. The bathrooms needed attended to. One of the kitchen workers kept scratching his head and playing with his hair, thankfully he used gloves to handle the food. The whole place needs a good cleaning.
Horrible food quality! Wraps arrived cold! Pickles were very cold and grease logged! Teas were awful, no flavor at all, supposed to be raspberry, ice had melted already! Missing items, 2 servings of Mac and cheese! This is the second time they have messed up our order! We will not be back!
Employees are rude every time I use the drive thru and I haven’t gotten the right order ever. Food is so good, but their service gotta get better.
It was a quick decision we made going down road to try something that we don’t have were we live at . They were polite when we placed our order . We got to our hotel to enjoy our food and we didn’t have the correct dipping sauces . I would probably try it again and order something different.
This was my first time visiting this place. I was new to this place. I like the taste of the food in this place. I wanted to try new any we found this place but it was really nice place to dine in and the service they provided was also very nice. They also have drive thru. If i will be around that location, I will again visit this place. Thank you for providing better food.
