Morgan was the best server! Very attentive and fast! The bacon cheese fries, chicken fingers, and slider trio (get 1 of each!) with onion rings were all really good!
Food is very low quality. Waitress was polite
The food was mediocre. Our first waiter his customer service was excellent. Then the new shift came in. Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't have the best experience. We ordered the large portion of chicken wings. We were served the 8 piece. We were charged for an full portion in the amount of 15.00. We expressed our concerns with the waiter, he went to the kitchen to ask the cooks how many chicken wings they plated. Of course, they stated more than 8. Actually we counted out the bones. They still didn't believe the customer. We were not satisfied, he got the manager which was no better. In the future the customer is always right. We will not patronize their restaurant again. Actually, we don't recommend this restaurant. Poor customer service.
Food is decent but the service is extremely slow. The restaurant seems to be short staffed and the people that did show up acted like they didn't want to be there. Overall, it's an okay place to sit and grab a bite to eat while the husband gambles.
3 couples ordered a variety of items, none were good. I ordered traditional wings, dry, with a rub. My wings were the worst I have ever had, They were burnt, and looked like small pigeon wings or something. just awful
Great place to sit down and enjoy a meal if you're at Oaklawn. I don't gamble, so if we go to Oaklawn, Silks is my only request. Not sure I've ever had a bad meal there. As busy as the bartenders get, too, they're always on-point.
Will never be back, nasty food with an unhappy staff. Would go zero stars if I could. Very disappointing, should have read other reviews before we ever went in.
Probably one of the worst restaurants in Hot Springs. I don't think the fries in the bacon cheese fries were even Ore Ida quality, but the cheese was definitely Clover Valley level. The street tacos were too salty to eat, and the only beer selections included run of the mill watered down swill. Not one Arkansas beer to be found nor any beer on the signs they had on display.
The place we planned to eat & watch the Monday Night Football game was closed so we came to Silks.Waitress was friendly and efficient and our food was delivered quickly and tasted delicious. We shared the corn nuggets appetizer. I had the grilled reuben and he had the Southwest flatbread for dinner - we really enjoyed our choices.I'd recommend Silks and we'd eat here again if in the Hot Springs.
Butter cake with fruit and ice cream is awesome!
