The drive thru guy is fast and friendly. And the donuts are so very good.
We got our donuts from here twice recently and both times they were almost un-edible. They were still hot when the chocolate icing was applied. Also they were SOAKED in oil. So we had soggy melted messy donuts. We tossed them in the trash. Will never be back.
I love Shipley donuts. I was not too happy with this particular store. The donuts were not fresh.

Ordered breakfast this morning for Door Dash delivery. I received a call that one of my items was no longer available. She offered a substitute which I accepted. Food arrived quickly and is delicious. Loved the pig-in-blanket.

Very Disappointed!! Preordered 4 dozen donuts for a baby shower. Showed up to pickup donuts day of shower and they were CLOSED for equipment failure. No phone call letting me know or nothing! Thankfully we found Paradise Donuts to get our donuts last minute! F- for Shipleys Donuts on Albert Pike!!!!!!!!!!
Great staff that was very friendly. I liked the larger sausage they put in the large kolaches.
Best glazed donuts in town...justy opinion, but give them a try!
