Had the original sandwich.. it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Staff was happy and smiling! Love this place!
In the past, there was a jalapeño and smoked turkey pizza on the menu but no more. The lovely woman at the counter modified the chicken BBQ and came close to that old favorite. I really appreciated it!
Cook brought food out and drops of sweat from employee head dripping on sandwich. Not a big deal to manager and said owner thinks just like them. 5 customers walked out as Manger was coming in shift @ 11. They don't care about you, drive on by.
I would give this location a 0 star. We ordered at the drive thru at 8:30pm. The cashier named Toby, took our order, they were out of soups and teas. We placed our order and pulled to the window. Immediately we were met with disrespect and attitude. Gave him my card to pay, something happened to the system, so we had to wait extra long for the system to reboot after Toby pretty much threw his hands in the air giving up. A kind unkept man came and reboot the system and took our payment. We received cold food and wrong orders. I order a chicken avocado Flatbread and didn't receive the correct toppings. I ordered a kids cheese pizza and received a pepperoni pizza. Toby had a very toxic attitude and was stating that if one more person came thru the line, he wouldn't take their order. He wasn't friendly at all and should be fired because he doesn't represent Schlotzsky's deli in a positive manner. We were visiting Hot Springs and specifically wanted to stop and eat at Schlotzskys. Boycotting this location. Very unhappy with the service. Please hire people who want to work and understand the basis of providing excellent customer service. It seems as the majority of the staff that worked this evening shift on 5/19/22, were lazy and did not want to provide good customer service.
Very nice staff! Great food and even provided a treat for our furbaby! First time at this location but will definitely be back! This is how a drive-thru should be run!
The sandwiches are like what I can make at home with a hamburger bun. The lunch meat was super smoked and guacamole really smooth and no flavor. Chips were good. Service was friendly.
Guy behind the counter must have left brain cell at home. 22 dollars for a sandwich and soup I had to ask for three times. Wasn't the right soup. Rude employee, garbage food, clean restroom got you the one star.
We are visiting the area from North Carolina. We stopped here at 7:45 pm; but the door was locked with a sign stating the lobby closes at 8:00 so we went to the drive-thru (we were planning to get our food to go even if we had been allowed inside the restaurant). I ordered lemonade with my meal; but the guy taking our order said they had run out of lemonade. Despite the other issues, our food was served hot and was very delicious.
My 1st time 2 eat here, service was fast & friendly, food, delicious, the bread, out of this world.Tasted like it came out of the oven, at just the right thickness for the sandwich.Wish we could have a Schlotzsky's in 71730 area.
Good food and amazing costumer service. Norma makes my heart Happy! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it's a little slow.
