10/10 first place we ate in Arkansas, we were recommended by some locals working in the Downtown Hot Springs area and they said go to Rolando’s and make sure to eat outside on the patio! We totally agree! Had an amazing experience. Argentinian food was delicious! Ambience, service, and food were all divine. Go there on your next visit! We will surely be coming back :)

So glad we decided to give Rolando's a try. We were looking for something a little different and we were not disappointed. We were seated outdoors at our request and were happy to find that it wasn't crowded and not to chilly out. Our server, Tom, was very attentive and it wasn't long before we were enjoying cocktails, chips and salsa. When I couldn't make up my mind, Tom suggested a combination of the Camarones Mojo and the Pescado de Mesias. My husband chose the tamales. Both were spectacular. The shrimp and tilapia were cooked perfectly. The tequila caper sauce on the tilapia was so flavorful that I wanted a jar of it to take home. The tamales were wonderful as well. Thank you to Tom for the fabulous service and his great dinner recommendations. We will be back again to try some of the other menu items.

There’s even a keto option on the menu. Which is pictured in this review.Pollo Bohemio is fantastic and an old favorite of mine! And yes, yes, the view is incredible too!!!! You’re nestled between the buildings and the cliff side - with a partial view of folks cruising the strip along bathhouse row.
We stopped here after my father recommended it and sat on the terrace out back. I was sure what to expect but this place was probably the best meal we had all weekend. Oh my it was delicious. Courteous staff and great atmosphere. Just lovely.
Loved the restaurant and the food. I ordered the Tilapia Tacos and was very pleased with the flavor, quality, and appearance. I had the choice of hard or soft taco shells - I chose soft and they were really good. They were served with a rice/bean mixture that was very good also. My wife chose the Tamales and was very pleased with the taste. The atmosphere is nice and intimate. The service was ok, but it was extremely busy and it took quite some time to have drinks refilled, salsa refilled, etc. However, our server was extremely pleasant and personable even though she was very busy. I will definitely dine here again in the future.
