When we walked in, it was like we were not present. I had to ask someone to take my order. This way take out. We stood at the counter (bar area) at least 6 minutes before the guy made contact with us. He was not very pleasant at all. He told us he would be with us shortly. They were not very busy either. We stood and waited until a lady from the front area came up and said she would take our order. She took our order and apologized for our wait. She was the first person who acknowledged we were in the building and gave us good customer service. She told us that our order would be ready in 15 minutes. She said we could wait inside or outside. We chose to go and wait in the car. When it came to 15 minutes, we came in and paid and left. When we got back to the hotel room, we noticed we had no plastic wear. I guess they thought we could eat with our hands. I was hoping that this Red Lobster was better than the one in Memphis because it has horrible customer service, but I guess I was wrong the customer service is worse in Hot Springs!
We had reservations at 3pm but had to wait 45 minutes because our server didn't turn in our order correctly. When food arrived most of it was cold. My trout was over cooked and baked potato was under cooked
Decided to grab a bite to eat! So we went to the Red Lobster. My Wife and myself were pretty much the only patrons in the building. We were seated, and after that here came our waitress!! I'm not sure what in God's green earth this girl was on, but she could not stay still. Moving back and forth back and forth, talking 90 to nothing. Really started the meal off not so great.Now as far at the food goes! I ordered my favorite Crab Alfredo, and my wife got the Shrimp Trio. I remember a short time ago there use to be enough Alfredo that I had to get a to go box, but not anymore! I laughed when it came out. My wife had the better deal of the two meals, at least she could get full, and still bring a to go box home. But the sad part of in all we left there owing a bill of $76 and an empty feeling. I will be hard pressed to ever go eat there again.In closing maybe the young lady that waited on our table has a physical problem, but I think not. Maybe the Manager should take a look into it! Shame on you Red Robster!!!
Great service from Destiny tonight. Very friendly and everything timed perfect. The food was great. . If you haven’t tried in awhile (like us) I encourage you to stop in.
i’m not one to leave reviews on restaurants unless i have a really bad experience, but this was the best experience at a restaurant i’ve ever had. the biscuits were fresh and perfectly made and i had the best steak i’ve ever eaten.. and i eat A LOT of steak. our waiter Adrian was fantastic and matched our energy and i couldn’t be more satisfied. period :)
I really enjoyed the Monday night all you can eat shrimp. It was fairly priced. My waiter was very prompt in checking in with me for shrimp refills. The food was excellent. I had the biscuits, fries, and several orders of the shrimp scampi. I also had one order of the skewered grilled shrimp.
Our server was prompt and polite. The food was hot and we didn’t have to wait at all.
